Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with a cozy double bed, ensuring plenty of space and privacy for all. The large living room is a perfect gathering spot, offering ample seating and a flat-screen TV for relaxing after a day of exploring Athens. The apartment features one full bathroom with a shower and an additional WC, both equipped with fresh towels, shampoo, and a hairdryer for your convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking at home, including an oven, stovetops, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. Whether you're preparing breakfast or a full meal, you'll find all the cookware and utensils needed for a delightful dining experience. This fee cannot be included in the booking price and must be collected separately before arrival, as stipulated by the Greek authorities.

The fee is:

€15 per night for villas

Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.

Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.

We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.
