This is a unique 3 double bedroom apartment, ideal for families or couples who want to spend their summer holidays in the heart of Athens . It is ideally located 5 minutes walk from the Acropolis Museum and a metro station.
The space
Acropolis Eclipse is fully equipped and furnished, decorated with minimalistic approach. There are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, washer, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee maker, toaster. Bed linen, towels, the bath amenities and all electric devices are provided. The heating is autonomous. The apartment is fully air conditioned. There is Wifi and a boiler which provides 24 hours hot water.

Location Location Location

We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly at Dimitri’s place. He was super helpful and quick with responses when we had questions. The place was very spacious and the view of acropolis spectacular. It’s about a 35min. Taxi ride from the Athens airport and super close to lots of yummy food, public transportation (5-10 min. walk), acropolis (25 min. walk) shopping (5-10 min. walk) and the beach (15 min. taxi). One thing worth mentioning, you have to turn on the water heater to have hot showers and turn off when you’re not using. Also, at least 1 a/c unit has to be turned off while hot water is on. There were 4 total a/c units that all were all super cool. It was super easy to do and not a problem at all. Just different from home (USA).

Excellent location & gorgeous view

We are a family of 4 and stayed in this spacious apartment for 4 days. The communication with Dimitrios was exceptional. Every time we had questions, he was fast to respond. The apartment is a 7 minute walk to the Acropolis museum and Plaka is just around the corner from there! Lots of eateries and great coffee places around and AB groceries is a 5 minute walk. Very friendly neighbors, as long as you are respectful. Fast elevator is great, cause apartment is on the 5th floor. Hence that breathtaking view… especially when the sun goes down. Subway stations Acropoli & Sygrou fix are both a short 8 minutes walk. Ac’s are great, shower & beds of great quality. You can see the owner puts in a great effort in making the place comfortable. Minimalistic approach in decoration, which we did not care about. Washing machine on balcony works ok and was good to have. We enjoyed our stay at Dimitrios untill the very last, since he even let us check out a bit later to enjoy Athens as much as we could.
