Spacious and Comfortable 2-Bed/1.5-Bath Flat in an Amazing Location
Welcome to our spacious and comfortable 2-bed, 1.5-bath flat, perfectly located right behind Holland Park tube station and within walking distance to Notting Hill and Shepherd's Bush Westfield. This flat is ideal for business travellers or a family of up to 5 people.
The Space:
Living Room: A cosy and inviting space where you can relax after a long day, complete with a coal-effect gas fire.
Kitchen: Modern and fully equipped, opening into the living room area, making it easy to cook and socialise.
Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is also spacious and comfortable.
Bathrooms: In addition to the en-suite shower room in the master bedroom, there is a separate family bathroom for your convenience.
Parking: We can offer a parking space within the building for an additional £20 per day (subject to availability). Please advise if you need parking as spaces are limited and neighbours have priority.

Views: Enjoy fantastic views from every habitable room - south over Holland Park and north over the Notting Hill residential area.
Security: The flat has a secured entrance, a caretaker, and a lift, ensuring your safety and convenience.
