It is situated in a quiet street close to central hubs; and no through traffic is allowed from the main road meaning that outside noise is kept to a minimum. Staying in the heart of Fitzrovia gives you easy access to some of the best restaurants in London, as well as small cafes, bars, coffee shops. Such a cute place and a great location! Quiet street. Nice cross breeze with the windows open, which was important because we were visiting during a heat wave! Tara was very responsive to our questions. Great little kitchen with everything you need. Highly recommend!
The apartment was perfect for my mom and me, it was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Also the zone was really good, with restaurants, pubs, a lot of options of public transport and grocery stores

El único aspecto negativo tiene que ver con la previsión, teniendo en cuenta que estamos en pleno diciembre, hubiera sido mejor que la calefacción de la casa ya estuviera encendida antes de nuestra llegada, porque la primera noche pasamos frío. En cuanto se hubo calentado las habitaciones ya estuvimos muy bien.
Por lo demás, muy buena comunicación con la dueña, que siempre se mostró dispuesta a solucionar los problemas.
I would certainly recommend this apartment. The space is just as it looked in the photos. The neighborhood is wonderful, and easy to access. I was there with my wife for work, as well as to be a bit of a tourist, and see some family, and every place we went was easily accessible. The host, Tara, was very responsive, delivered exactly what she promised, and was pleasant.
Two notes:
1. Picking up the key from the local 24h bodega was not terribly inconvenient but I know is a red flag for some. It was easy and worked fine, but I would have liked to have been notified that this was part of the process before booking.
2. The living space is as stark as it appears in the photos. It is fine, not inviting, but the space has potential. It could be made much more inviting with a very moderate intervention.
Overall, wonderful stay, great flat, no issues, it has everything for which one could hope or expect, and I am glad I picked this one out of a number of places that seemed to provide a similar offering. I highly recommend Miel for your breakfast and Smugglers for your evening.
Very convenient location to walk, tube and bus around London. Safe neighbourhood and lots to see an do in the area. The flat is clean and sufficiently equipped. Very much enjoyed this stay

Perfect location close to tube stops, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. We were very comfortable here. It would have been nice to have more than one coffee mug in the kitchen but other than that all was great. Would definitely stay again.
Clearly Fitzrovia is being rapidly gentrified and built up but there are still lots of streets with local businesses near the apartment. The walk along Warren St. to that tube station has a wonderful bakery, a flute shop, a woodworking tool shop--to name a few. And it's not too far to walk to Bloomsbury. Apartment is very quiet.
Appartement très bien situé, proche de la gare St Pancras, à 2 stations de métro et bien desservi par les bus. Quartier calme, chic, avec des pubs et restaurants sympas. Appart et rue calmes. Logement propre, fonctionnel. Les fenêtres de la chambre ne s'ouvrent quasi pas mais il y a un ventilateur plafonnier très efficace et silencieux. Propriétaire avenante, disponible et réactive.
There are a few things that need improvement, carpet is dirty and needs to be replaced which the owner indicated she was going to do. The location is great, the two subways are very close and easy to get to as they go to all of the attractions.
If you don't like stairs this is not the place for you. It would be great to have a few more towels, maybe a few more glasses. The whole place needs a refresher paint job and it would look great.We enjoyed our stay there as it was so central and easy to walk everywhere.

Could be great, needs a little TLC
The apartment is in a very good location, close to transport and beautiful Regents Park, and we appreciated its cosiness during a very cold snap. The major appliances, stove and washing machine, worked well. That said, however, it’s as if no serious inventory has been done for a while. There were no tumblers, just one bread-and-butter plate, no working can opener, two non-matching wine glasses, and the only roasting dish had badly-peeling non-stick coating. The television worked on BBC 1 and 2, but picture and sound disintegrated either immediately or soon afterwards on all other channels. The carpet had not been vacuumed carefully. The wardrobe, which could have been used for luggage in a situation where space was tight, was largely full of stuff. Most of these things are small and easily fixed, but they detract disproportionately from visitors’ experience.

Clean, clean, and in a great location
My experience was a good one. The location is excellent: near a couple tube stops and surrounded with great restaurants and coffee shops. Was able to walk to SoHo to enjoy the nightlife. The street is quiet. The kitchen amenities are new.
The table and chairs are nothing to write home about, but the couch is comfortable.

Excellent rental. Great location.
The rental is located near (2) subway (underground) stations and within walking distance to the Eurostar train station (if you're also planning to travel to the Continent). Travel throughout London and to/from the Heathrow airport is easy. And like most London locations, there're a few pubs nearby!

Wonderful neighborhood!
We enjoyed this apartment very much. The location was perfect. Very near a couple of tube stations and bus stops. Also a market close by and several pubs with good food and great atmosphere. Modern kitchen. Even though we never met Tara, the owner, her mother was there to welcome us. Clear instructions about the apartment and neighborhood were left for us. Owner was quick to answer any questions we had. We had a great time.

A comfortable apartment in a great location
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this apartment. It's comfortable, and the location can't be beat, close to several Underground stations and itself in a pleasant, not heavily touristed area. The kitchen could do with a few more essentials, like a coffee press or Moka, and a few more glasses, but other than that it's great, with excellent appliances. The living room is a bit noisy until 10 or 11 pm from the pub across the street, but the bedroom is very quiet. I'd stay here again.
