The neighborhood is very nice, very lively with all amenities nearby including Rue Cadet and its non-franchised shops such as butcher, cheesemonger, greengrocers,,,, a village atmosphere in the city, very pleasant! The accommodation is close to Gare du Nord on foot + metro, Easy to move around, The studio is small (as mentioned in the ad) but practical! One small downside, however, is the sofa bed, we found the mattress not thick enough and our forty-something backs didn't appreciate it (especially the first night!),,, We highly recommend this rental,
