About this space
A selection of comfortable, stylish 1 double bedroom apartments centrally located in the vibrant city of Leeds. Each apartment offers 2 double beds in one bedroom and one bathroom and a lovely kitchen-living room area.
Near bars and restaurants and only a 5 min walk from the train station, main shopping area and 15-20 min drive to Leeds/Bradford airport.
Self check-in. Parking can be arranged (at an extra charge and in advance) - please ask for details.

Enjoy vibrant Leeds from the comfort of one of our one-bedroom apartments, in the financial and legal heart of the city.
Close to the train station, theatres, business district and shopping. Newly built and decorated to a high standard, each apartment has 2 double beds, 1 bathroom, WiFi, television and a fully equipped kitchen in a combined kitchen/living/dining room.
Minutes walk from The Headrow (principle city centre street) , the apartment is located down a side street and could not be more central.
The pictures show a mix of our 1-bedroom apartments. Your apartment will have the same spec kitchen, bathroom and so on. It will look similar to the pictures, but we have used slightly different colour schemes and panelling in each flat!

For secure and convenient parking, we recommend Q-Park Wellington Street, LS1 4LT, which is just a short walk from the apartment. The cost is approximately £19 for 24 hours.
For a more budget-friendly option, Woodhouse Lane car park, LS2 3AX, is available at around £15 per day, located a 15-minute walk away.
We can also offer additional local parking options, subject to availability and additional charges.

- All damages and property issues must be reported to the property manager as soon as possible, failure to report them could result in a penalty fee
- Any damage caused to the property or its contents will be flagged to the booking platform and you may be charged.
- Check-out is at 10:00am, please adhere to this time unless otherwise agreed. Any late check-out not agreed upon could result in a penalty fee.
- Please return the Keys to where you picked them up from failure to do so could lead to a additional charge.
