Welcome to your home away from home! Whether you’re visiting your student at the University of Arizona or escaping the winter chill, we know you’ll love staying in our beautifully remodeled Southwest-style bungalow.

This 1,100 sq ft gem features all-new floors, a fully updated kitchen, and modern amenities throughout—while still preserving that cozy desert charm. We’ve stocked everything you could need for a short or extended stay:
full kitchen, new linens, hairdryer, iron, washer/dryer, patio set, and more!

Bedrooms
Each of the two bedrooms offers a comfy queen bed, closet space (one walk-in, one standard), a dresser, and a cozy reading chair. We also provide extra linens, pillows, and comforters.

Guest Access
Enjoy full access to the house, the charming front porch, a fully fenced backyard, and a covered carport for off-street parking. There’s also extra room for RV parking alongside the home (not covered). Washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

Guest Interaction
We live nearby and are happy to help if needed—but we also respect your privacy. Feel free to reach out with any questions or for local recommendations. Otherwise, you’re free to relax and enjoy your stay in peace.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please start the laundry with all the linens and towels that you used. Don’t worry about the comforters and chances we take care of those.
Please empty all items from the refrigerator and take with you. We’re putting in the outside trash.
Please sign the guestbook and look us up on a return trip!!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Travelers with pets, use couch covers and pick up all dog doo in yard -Take out your trash and Empty the fridge
Strip All Dirty towels and sheets ( not comforters or shams ) and put in washer and start before you leave

Tucked back into a quiet neighborhood with easy access to shops, food, and the people we came to visit. I love VRBOs when I visit my home town because I'm able to have a calm place to host people or hide without imposing on anyone else. This house with its big yard and gorgeous covered patio was great for us.

Great Little House!

The house was great and we had a nice time. It was clean, located near a lot of good restaurants and shopping, comfortable, and safe. I would recommend this house and would stay there again.

The house was clean and exactly as described. We especially appreciated the comfortable living room and well appointed kitchen. Please note that the kitchen has a coffee pot, toaster, microwave, pots and pans, dishes and utensils, but does not have measuring cups or spoons. The location was ideal for walks, restaurants and attractions. Our cats really appreciated the big windows and screened doors. Taylor was very accommodating with the changes I requested.

The check in wasn’t smooth, the listed lock box code indicated in the host message didn’t work. My boyfriend, his mother, and our 2 dogs had to wait in the air conditioned car because it was extremely hot outside to wait any where else . It took a few messages to the host Taylor to figure out how to enter the property. Ultimately, the host stopped by to assist and gave another code for the front door. Probably should list both back door and front door as options to enter the property. One of the remotes to operate the TV wasn’t working which required another message to the host . The tephlon frying pans need to be replaced . The tephlon was very scratched and peeling which isn’t appealing when cooking. The mattress was very comfortable but very squeaky, any slight movement created lots of squeaky noises. Our dogs liked running around the dirt rock backyard. Too bad there isn’t a small patch of grass. Quiet neighborhood, central to everything, cute and modern interior. Not deal breakers to stay again, possible slight improvements.

Cooking, gardening and reading are just a few of my favorite things to do in my spare time. Yuko - Born and raised in Japan until Junior High, went to High school and college in Tucson Az. Just started my apt in Fukuoka as rental , for I plan on returning to Arizona here in the near future, though Fukuoka will always be "home". Keeping my place there keeps me connected for when I return, Which will be 2-3 times annually. Very much a people person, and this Vacation Rental has been rather fun..:)
