Bienvenido a The Pink House.

Sentado encima de 4 acres, esta casa de tres pisos se establece para la familia y amigos para reunirse y disfrutar del fin de semana, vacaciones o semanas largas escaparse. El salón principal es un concepto abierto con una gran mesa de comedor de la casa de granja para todas sus comidas y juegos de cartas. La casa viene con todos los accesorios de cocina, artículos de tocador y ropa de cama. El porche trasero tiene vistas espectaculares de Little Beaver Creek en el lago Hartwell y sólo unos minutos de Portman Marina.

Clemson está a sólo 15 millas o 25 minutos de aquí y con la casa con capacidad para 14 personas, este sería el lugar perfecto para acoger un fin de semana de fútbol.

Los huéspedes son más que bienvenidos a llevar un barco - Apple Island aterrizaje está a la vuelta de la esquina.

Fantastic Experience

This is a perfect house to enjoy the lake! Lots of kitchen and refrigerator space and the bedrooms are lovely. Highly recommend!

Best trip ever!

This house is perfect!! We took our giant gaggle of teenagers and we had the best time! The huge yard is perfect for corn hole and any games! The water off of the dock is deep and perfect for diving and teenager antics! We caught multiple fish and loved sitting on the swing and relaxing in the tubes off the dock. The basement was perfect for teen hangout and ping pong tournaments!!! We will be booking again!!!

Summer lake house trip

The lay out of this house and size were perfect for four families and group size of 16. The lake is very nice for swimming and tow sports just out of the cove in the lake. Enjoyed our stay!

While this certainly wasn't the best house I've stayed in, it also wasn't the worst. The location is nice and quiet and I'm sure the lake would be nice to use in the warmer months. We stayed for Thanksgiving and just needed a house to accommodate our family of 13, which it did.The accommodations were sufficient and there were enough kitchen tools to cook and serve; however, the house was older and needs some maintenance. It also wasn't very clean as the kitchen had small broken pieces of raw spaghetti noodles lying around when we got there. I felt like I was constantly finding them in every corner...There were broken/missing ceiling fan blades, the toilet seat in the master bath was cracked and needed replacement (if it isn't replaced, expect your butt to get pinched), some dining room chairs were broken and not safe to sit in, and certain electrical outlets didn't work. On a more positive note, the host's representative was very responsive with all inquiries and we had no major issues we couldn't work around. If only the owner would put a little TLC into the house, it could be a really nice house. My guess is it's their summertime hangout spot they use for watersports and parties.

Great House! Great Location!

First time in the area. House was great. It does need some updating and repairs, the host was made aware and relayed info to owner. We arrived early and the house had not yet been cleaned. They arrived within 30 minutes and had it spotless. Perfect for large families. Plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen. The dock and lake were also awesome. It was surprisingly deep at the dock. Would definitely return to this house. If you stay here, you have to try Waldrop's. Just a couple of miles away and some good old fashioned home cooking.

The house was everything we hoped it would be! We felt at home like it was a visit to one of our families homes. We used the home as a mid week break during a week of missions. Our team cooked meals on site and relaxed in comfort. Thank you so much Blair!

Great family house

We stayed for our daughter’s graduation from Clemson and this house was great for accommodating our family! The open concept kitchen/living area is perfect for allowing everyone to gather together. We have a few little issues, but the property manager was wonderful and things were health with promptly! Would definitely recommend!

Great week!!

We had a great week, house was awesome, exactly how it was listed, plenty of room for our family of 12. Close to grocery stores. The porch was great for our 82 year old mother to watch us at the lake and feel like she was apart of the fun!! I would recommend this house.

CHRISTMAS REUNION

The host had no control of the weather and this weekend is was record cold. The property is a described and clean. It would be a great place to stay if the weather would allow use of the porch , outdoor fireplace and dock. It was great for our Reunion

Thanksgiving Family Fun!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful holiday at the Pink House. Plenty of space for our large family and the location is great! We had room to gather as a full group and also space for privacy. There were some hiccups with initial check-in communication due to issues with the app, but this was quickly acknowledged and resolved given the circumstances. Host was gracious to set up a contact for any immediate needs. The house was clean and comfortable. It is showing some age and could use some TLC in spaces, but the newer kitchen appliances, plenty of cookware/utensils and small odds and ends were fantastic to have available. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Wonderful!

Our stay at the Lake House was fantastic. We all had a great time. The house was perfect for 11 people, I never felt crowded, so much room. We spent our evenings on the back patio with a nice fire, the mornings were beautiful. I saw some spectacular sunrises! Just breathtaking, truly. I highly recommend staying here. The owner was very nice!! I would definitely stay there again. Thank you to Blair for letting us stay at the Lake House and being so kind.

Great location with lots of room

We had a wonderful stay at the Pink House. We had 15 family members and there was plenty of room for everyone to gather as a group or have their own space if needed. The house was clean and had nice appliances in the kitchen. Some of the features throughout the rest of the house were a little older but all worked well. The host was responsive and provided helpful tips as we stayed during the heat of summer. The covered dock was awesome and is situated in a nice quiet cove. Plenty of opportunities to swim, paddle board or kayak. All in all we had a wonderful time gathering with family and enjoying beautiful Lake Hartwell!
