This modern and sophisticated apartment features 3 large bedrooms, each decorated with tasteful, elegant touches.

The master bedroom has a double bed, private en-suite bathroom, and access to the terrace.

The other bedroom have has also a double bed, and the third bedroom has a trundle bed (two single beds) sharing a second bathroom.

The living room is bright and airy, with a comfortable sofa and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils.

La Alcaidesa is strategically positioned near various popular destinations. The apartment is only 20 minutes from the port city of Algeciras, and Cádiz is a 90-minute drive away. It is also close to charming Andalusian villages and some of Spain's most beautiful beaches. Ideal for day trips, beachgoers, and those exploring the southern coastline.

There is air conditioning and heating.

Distribution of places:
- A bedroom with a double bed.
- A bedroom with a double bed.
- A double bed with trundle bed (two single beds)


The accommodation is equipped with:
Two towels per guest
1 Cleaning kit
Free welcome coffee
2 rolls of toilet paper
1 roll of kitchen paper
We leave 6 towels (1 per guest) for the pool or beach
If you require additional assistance, we are at your disposal.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.

Walking through the residential areas with swimming pools in swimwear or without clothing is strictly forbidden. Appropriate attire is required at all times.
