In the beautiful holiday complex of Marina de la Alcaidesa, you will find this 3-bedroom penthouse with a fantastic view of the sea, links golf course, beach, Gibraltar, and Morocco. The holiday home consists of a large living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. The equipment also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, and many other home comforts.



The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, and bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. All beds have high-quality mattresses to ensure the best comfort. An additional single bed can be provided upon request.



The private outdoor area features a large balcony, an open terrace, a dining area, and a comfortable outdoor lounge area with wicker-style sofa, chairs, and tables. The gardens and 4 pool areas of the well-kept complex are shared with other guests.



There are several restaurants, bars, and a mini supermarket within 1 or 2 km. Another highlight of the accommodation is the proximity to the beach of La Alcaidesa, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot (500 m).



The Wi-Fi connection is suitable for mobile working and video calls. Pets are allowed if requested in advance. Parking is available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included.

Pros: I have visited this apartment 3 times in the last 2 years and am blown away by it. You never get tired of that view from the balcony and the golfing facilities on the resort are excellent. The apartment is spacious, airy and has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. I particularly like the security and underground parking. The apartment is very well maintained and on the one occasion I had to call out an electrician the fault was fixed within a few hours. All communications, both with the owner and agent have been excellent and I look forward to visiting again soon.

Pros: We had a wonderful 5 days in Julian's apartment. It is full of natural light, very clean and has the most amazing view of the sea and Gibraltar. We spent every evening on the large balcony watching the sun go down. The local beach bar (15 min walk from the apartment) is friendly and serves great beer! We explored the area by car - from beautiful mountain villages to exclusive marinas in Sotogrande. We will return!!!

Pros: Het penthouse is prima en is ons erg goed bevallen, zeker het uitzicht. Ook de bijbehorende zwembaden waren keurig verzorgd. Het weer viel in de eerste week wat tegen. Hebben zelfs regen gehad. Het uitgaan in de omgeving was voor ons een tegenvaller. Weinig leuke tentjes om 's avonds uit te gaan of om te gaan eten. In Alcaidesa zelf is weinig tot niets te doen, tenzij je natuurlijk houdt van golfen, hoewel het daar overdag vaak te warm voor is. Ook de vele drempels die je over moet om ergens te komen gaan je soms ergeren. Een paar minder zou wel mogen. Als je van rust houdt is dit een prima plek om vakantie te houden.

Pros: Vi har haft en skøn ferie, lejligheden var perfekt til vores familie. 2 voksne og 3 piger 11,15 og 18. 3 soveværelset, 2 badeværelser, aircon i hele lejligheden,fint funktionelt køkken,dejlig opholdstue, fantastisk terrasse, ( solstole trænger til en udskifter). Helt vidunderlig udsigt. Der er egen parkering i kælderen med direkte adgang via elavator ( luksus). Bil er en nødvendighed, der er intet i gå afstand. På nær 4 dejlige pools ( hvor det dog ikke er tilladt at lege), og en skøn strand. Håndklæder, strandstole og parasoller👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Alle de bedste anbefalinger. Helle og familie fra Danmark

Alcaidesa har to rigtig gode golfbaner. Fra lejligheden er der udsigt til flere huller på linksbanen

Pros: Alcaidesa har to rigtig gode golfbaner. Fra lejligheden er der udsigt til flere huller på linksbanen ... og selvfølgelig til Gibraltar :o) Vi rejste to generationer sammen - derfor var terrassen perfekt til at mor kunne slappe af i solen, mens vi spillede golf. Terrassen går rundt om gavlen på huset, så der er også mulighed for at spise ude i aftensolen. Rigtig god og rummelig lejlighed, samt køkken med god plads til at lave mad. En bil er et must, da der ikke er de store muligheder for indkøb i nærheden.
