Traditional Dalmatian stone villa on the hill in the center of Sutivan. Recently renovated (2014), features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, of which one is en - suite in Master Bedroom. Fully Air conditioned. Comfortably sleep 8 adults. Baby cot is available free of charge. Also, if needed auxiliary bed is available for the 9th person at additional cost. Pool ( 24 m2 ), 2 terraces: “Dining Terrace” is roof covered, protected from the sun and ideal for alfresco dining. Upper “SunnyTerrace” provides magnificent view and is ideal for evening relaxation and entertainment. There is a private parking for 2 cars in front of the villa. Villa is centrally located and it is close to everything. 3 - 5 minutes walking to beach, grocery shops and other amenities such as, restaurants, coffee-bars, ATM machine, souvenir shops, fish market, and open stalls market with local fresh fruits and vegetables.
Among many common activities, such as fishing, snorkeling, jet skiing...., there is a scuba diving center that offers diving lessons. Trips by boat to near by islands are available daily.
Situated among the pine trees and very popular among the kids is Sutivan 'Nature Park', a small local zoo with recreation area and restaurant.
Other attractive and well known tourist destinations on the island are all within easy reach by car or by bus.
Supetar, Bol, Milna, Pucisca Quarry with School of Sculpture, Dragon Cave, Blaca Monestary, are some of the places to visit among many others.
On the first sight, all villages on the island look alike, but they are all different and specific in character.

If you would decide to make a day trip to Split, to visit Diocletian palace and other attractive and well known sights, there is a small passenger boat sailing from Sutivan to Split twice a week, with same day return.

Villa was very comfortable and had everything needed for a self catering vacation. The pool was welcoming when the temperature got hot. The owner was next door, she was very hospitable and helpful for any question we had. She even provided some fresh foodstuffs when we arrived. Sullivan is a pleasant town with a number of good restaurants, grocery store and several nice swimming areas.

Lovely relaxing stay

This is a very pleasant villa located in a quiet area of Sutivan. Shopping facilities (food) within a 10 minute walk, as are the bars and restaurants. Very helpful and obliging owner, with just the right degree of availability. We are very happy to recommend this villa.

We had a wonderful stay here. We are a family of 5 and the villa was perfect for us: clean, spacious, well equipped. The outside terraces and pool with fantastic views were a highlight. We loved the location; being able to walk down to Sutivan harbour and beaches so easily. Janis was a very kind and hospitable host. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much for the delicious food and welcome. We'd love to come back sometime!

Janis and her son were so welcoming to the villa. The villa was gorgeous. The pool and the views were outstanding. We could sit by the pool. At the outdoor table or up on the balcony. Every place special and unique. The villa inside was perfect and had everything we needed. We enjoyed staying in such a beautiful home and walking to and from Sutivan! It was quite and just what we needed leaving behind New York City noises and views :) we will be back - it’s our 5th time in Sutivan and this is our favorite place by far with the location and the charm. Thank you!

Relaxing holiday hideaway

We had a super relaxing stay. The accommodation was homely and well looked after. The beds were very comfortable, and having AC we slept well. The Villa had everything we needed with a well stocked kitchen and a typical Croatia BBQ. The outside area was idyllic, comfortable chairs to sit and relax, sun loungers on the roof terrace with an outstanding view and a beautiful pool with lemon trees around to cool off in. Our host was welcoming, helpful and generous, making sure we were well looked after. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday and would definitely stay there again.

Homely villa in a lovely village

The pool and outside area is lovely, with great views. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have air conditioning. Some local information in the house would have been useful. Sutivan is a lovely little town/village with shops, nice restaurants and good beaches close by. For a week we didn't need a car.

Great stay in Sutivan

We were two families who stayed in the house in Sutivan. Finiding the house and the overall communication and check in process was very smooth. The house was beautiful and clean, especially the outside terrace and pool area.You could reach shops, restaurants and the beach within minutes by walking. Janes was a perfect host and was available to answer any questions we might have had. We'd be happy to come back in the future.

Fantastic home in quaint Sutivan

This house was fantastic for our family vacation. It comfortably held 7 of us (including a teen and pre-teen in the bunkbeds). The pool was perfect for the younger crowd who between the sea and pool were never dry. The town of Sutivan was a short walk down the hill. One elderly family member appreciated a ride back up the steep street. It was a hot visit, but there is AC in the main room and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The outdoor spaces, including the upper terrace were lovely and had fantastic views. We would definitely stay here again. The hosts were wonderful and helpful.

Pleasant and relaxing holiday

We are a family of 6 and stayed 2 weeks in this lovely and very comfortable villa. It was as described on web site although no DVD player but not an issue for us. Great location and very close to all amenities in a small but pleasant town with fair to good restaurants. Owner who lives in the lower ground floor self contained apartment was an excellent host and cooked us a great BBQ on our last day. Any small niggles we had with the villa were quickly resolved. We had plenty to do on the island (mountain biking, kayaking, scuba diving as well as visiting the usual tourist spots). We would not hesitate to recommend this friends and family.

Perfect Brac Island retreat

The house is just a few minutes walk to the centre of sutivan. The location is perfect. The pool and outside dining area is a little bit of paradise. It’s has been done beautifully. The roof terrace is spacious with lovely views. Our children 5&7 were absolutely fine but the steps could be a problem for toddlers as outside is on multiple levels, inside is just one level though. The host was very friendly and generous with unexpected treats throughout our stay. She went above and beyond. We don’t often say we would go back somewhere but this was one of the best self catering places we have stayed. Thank you!

wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Sutivan ist der schönste Ort auf Brac. Unsere Vermieterin hat sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette maison. La propriétaire est adorable et pleine de petites attentions. Il y a effectivement toutes les commodités à proximité de la maison et Sutivan est une petite ville très mignonne. Nous recommandons :)

Beautiful home from home

Janes and her family are marvellous hosts. On hand if you have any questions and so helpful in sharing advice, information and Janes' amazing cakes and pasta. The house is as described on the website but we can add that everything was comfortable and worked well. Everything we needed was available. Good wifi connection. Great coffee machine and barbecue. The pool was very welcome in August and provided a quiet respite from the small but busy beaches, cafes and restaurants. The pool and loungers are modern and clean. The view from the sun terrace around the pool and on top of the house is stunning -countryside and coastline. There are lemon and lime trees around the pool and lots of greenery and plants around the terrace. Two supermarkets within a few minutes walk and a fantastic pastry and bread stall a minute away. Our favourite restaurant was Dora (about 5 minutes walk) but there were plenty of options. Very easy to get to using the Split-Sutivan catamaran or the Split-Supetar ferry then taxi. We absolutely loved our stay in this property and hope to return again in future.

Vi hade en fin vecka i Sutivan som är en trevlig liten by. Huset har ett bra läge, högt och med fina utomhusytor. Poolen var mycket uppskattad.

Family holiday in Sutivan

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Yannie. The owner was very easy going and incredibly keen to make sure that we enjoyed are stay. She was on hand for anything we needed and made a us a delicious fish bbq on the first night. The villa itself was clean and functional inside without being luxurious. But the 2 terraces are wonderful spaces to enjoy eating, lounging and socialising. The pool is small but well kept and perfect for our 7 year old daughter to enjoy splashing around in and for the rest of us to plunge into whenever you needed to cool down. The garden areas is compact but very attractive and well maintained. The great positive of villa Yanni for us was the location. Around the villa is very peaceful with lovely views over the town. However it is only a short walk down to the harbour which has bars and restaurants and really lovely relaxed vibe. Beaches are only a short walk away too!

Beautiful house and surroundings

We spent a week in this beautiful house/flat, a perfect place for a family of six persons. The kitchen was newly renovated and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. The inside of the house was very good, but the outsiders was the most lovely place! The pool was big enough, and with a great view of Sutivan. The terraces was also very nice, with possibility to move with the sun all day. The owner is the most helpful and friendly person! She lives next door and she is available for questions and help. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back! Thank you Mrs Radolfi for being so lovely - you made our stay extra good!

A little bit of heaven

Barbara and I stayed here from 24 September to 3 October 2017 and while the sun shone continuously, Villa Yannie was the star of the show. The villa is charming. The outdoor areas are well above standard for the price paid. We will always remember bouncing out of bed at around ten and having a dip before coffee. I am not doing this justice - think of getting out of the pool and drying off in the morning sunshine while surveying the rooftops of the village houses against the backdrop of a shimmering sea and the mountains of the dalmatian coast in the distance. I know I am waxing lyrical but it really is that beautiful. The village of Sutevan is a short walk down and a nice cardio vascular climb home. It's only three minutes - the climb is fine. The island is stunning - get a car - friendly car hire right at the port of Supetar. We got an old golf cabriolet which was perfect for the weather! For food go to the garden grill on route to Supetar and the pizza place on the pier is good fun and seriously cheap - a shared pizza and a litre of red for €20! and they gave us two complimentary glasses of wine. The climb took a bit longer than 3 minutes that night! The owner lives next door and she is fabulous. She prepared a BBQ for us and Gordan and we whiled away the afternoon swapping stories and yarns. Great place. Highly recommended. Mark nad Barbara.

Great family holiday in beautiful surroundings

Such a beautiful place to stay, We travelled with 4 teenagers and an elderly parent, 7 people stayed very comfortably in the villa. The swimmimg pool was a massive bonus as the weather was glorious. The villa provides everything you need for a family. I cooked easily most days and we enjoyed eating on the sun terrace watching the sunset, most of our time was spent outdoors . The harbour is beautiful and a steady 3 min walk down, The kids walked down everyday for icecream. The harbour comes alive at night and has several restaurants and bars which are child friendly. We ate at the 'Dora' restaurant which is about 5 mins away, Excellant meal, and great value, which we wish we had visited sooner. The pizzeria is also lovely and great value. There are a couple of small supermarkets within walking distance , but we found it cheaper to do a big shop at Lidl which was a taxi ride away. Finally I need to stress how wonderful the owner and property manager are, Upon arriving on the island within a few hours my elderly father was taken very ill, We were totally in limbo, Thankfully Mrs Radolfi and her Daughter stepped in and took us to an emergency room in her car, She did everything she could for us over the next few days to help us. What was a very stressful time , Became easier with her and Gordons help. A wonderful beautiful place, with fantastic views, And truly was made special by the very lovely and kind Mrs Radolfi.. We will be back . Loved it .

Lovely villa and a relaxing holiday

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday at Villa Yannie. We arrived on Brac by ferry and then took a taxi to the villa - I think it would have been difficult to find by navigating ourselves but we put the taxi driver in touch with the owner by phone and he took us to the door. The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and two of the bedrooms and the kitchen/living room are air conditioned. There is a covered dining area outside which we used for most of our meals. There is a small swimming pool and there are sun loungers and chairs and natural shade from lime trees and other bushes. There is also a rooftop sun terrace. The view from the villa across the town and out to sea with the mainland in the background was stunning! The villa was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The owner was living next door and was always willing to help with advice and she cooked a lovely meal for us - a variety of grilled fish cooked fresh on the BBQ and freshly prepared salads - lovely! The town of Sutivan has about half a dozen restaurants including a pizzeria, shops, supermarket and provided everything we needed for our stay. The harbour area is lovely and this is where the majority of restaurants were located. The beach is a pebble beach and the seawater was incredibly clear and clean looking. We would recommend the villa for a comfortable relaxing holiday!

Great holiday, lovely apartment

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Yannie, a perfectly located 3 bedroom apartment a short walk from the centre of Sutivan. The living area is not huge but that is more than made up for by the outside space which has an amazing shaded dining area, and a sunny upper terrace. The pool was great for the kids, clean and warm enough even in late May. Sutivan itself is lovely, relatively low key but with everything you need available and a beautiful harbour, clean beeches and good walking/cycling routes in both directions along the coast. Mrs Radolfi was an excellent host, available but not intrusive, and not only picked us up and dropped us back at the ferry but also cooked us a BBQ one evening.

Mysig boende med familjen. Trivsamt hus i liten mysig by. Bra med altan med både tak och utan tak för solen. Bra pol. Två stora sovrum samt ett litet. Litet kök. Tre minuter ner till bageri o hamnen. Fem minuter till stranden. Ett måste är att äta på Dora.

Excellent séjour !

Maison idéale pour une semaine de repos et farniente sur l'ile de brac. La maison est conforme à l'annonce et nous avons surtout apprécié la piscine et la grande terrasse couverte très pratique et agréable. Nous étions en famille avec 3 enfants. Autre avantage, la proximité à pied du centre du village, de ses commerces et de la plage. La propriétaire habite dans le village et est prête à rendre service si besoin. Nous avons eu droit à un délicieux poisson au BBQ. Split et le continent est à 1h de ferry. L'ile est assez grande pour se balader. En résumé, semaine parfaite, que nous conseillons les yeux fermés.
