Si vous souhaitez vous connecter dans la maison sur la plage de vos vacances sur la côte adriatique, puis Villa Martina sur l'île de Ciovo, près de Trogir est l'exacte que vous pour.
Villa Martina est situé juste à côté de la mer (à seulement 10 mètres de la plage).
Les terrasses sont savamment alignés, afin que vous puissiez profiter de la matinée et le soir doux soleil ici.
, Dans le premier étage est un grand salon avec vue sur la mer wunderschonne, grande cuisine, salle à manger, douche, Tersse avec Ausenkammin, et même agrandir la terrasse avec les ligues de soleil,
La maison peut donc accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes: 8 à 10 adultes. Le centre-ville historique de Trogir, classé à côté de Dubrovnik est la seule ville croate par l'UNESCO comme site du patrimoine mondial, à seulement 15 minutes. Le port de plaisance est à moins de 20 minutes à pied et à 5 minutes en voiture.
Il est possible, des excursions en bateau à Split prendre pour les îles de Hvar, Bratsch ou la partie nord de l'île Parc Naturel Kornati. Le Parc Naturel Krka, qui peut être atteint en moins d'une heure en voiture, propose des promenades rafraîchissantes à l'ombre et chutes d'eau limpide, où vous pourrez prendre le petit déjeuner dans les bois, à la fin d'un fjord magnifique.
Cependant, vous pouvez le jour et la vie nocturne de Split et Trogir, le degré de l'été se transforme en une grande ville cosmopolite et à seulement 20 minutes en voiture de Trogir loin, plus loin.
Trogir emplacement central au cœur de la Dalmatie, il vous permet d'être rapidement à l'aéroport et pour des excursions à Zadar dans le nord ou à Split et Dubrovnik, dans le sud.

Get home for family vacation

The prperty was in a great location across from beach and near Trogir. Our family of seven (including Grandma and Aunt) had enough room in house to be comfortable and the kids loooved the beach:) The home had everything we needed and more and the hosts were fantastic!

Beautiful Vacation Home

The house was great and it had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a little congested but manageable. The location was really nice with a beautiful view of the bay and just far enough away from town for some quiet evenings on the front porch. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Hvala The Prodans

Villa Martina

We had an excellent stay here for 5 days. It is a 30 second walk to a beach with small pebbles and the beach is never to busy. The house itself was beautiful on the inside and out. Well maintained. It was never a problem to contact the owner if we had any questions. If I am ever back in the Trogir area, I will be staying here again!! Loved it!

The Villa was well equipped with everything you could want. We sat outside on the tables around the property. Kaja was was so helpful and friendly, providing us with a large plate of delicious cold meats, bread, butter and salad. There was also fresh coffee provided by a machine. The nearby supermarket provided us with everything we needed for breakfast. Several adult members of my family took an early morning swim in the pool to the front of the villa. The pool was very clean like the rest of the property.

Lots of treats!

The owner/manager is very kind. She left for us an ample supply of treats…. Totally unexpected. A lovely platter with cheese and meat. Cake. The best was her homemade cherry brandy. The place is very conveniently located to explore Split and the nearby town of Trogir. There was an issue with the hot water when we visited however she called a repair person the same day and it worked fine after that. Kitchen is very well equipped and lovely side yard.

Amazing 2 week family holiday

A fantastic Villa, more than enough room for 7 of us. The grandparents slept in the downstairs studio (next to the pool) which had two double beds and a bathroom, it also had a small fridge which was great for cold drinks around the pool. In the main Villa was a well equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need, a roomy lounge with balcony which had amazing sea views, off the lounge was a toilet and shower room (with washing machine). Upstairs was two double bedrooms, two single bedrooms (one single has a pull out bed underneath) and a bathroom with huge jacuzzi bath, three of the bedrooms also have balcony areas . Outside there are numerous sitting areas and a great bbq, my 3 year old son absolutely loved looking after the three resident tortoises. Kaja is the most amazing host, she provided a cot for my son, she arranged lifts from the airport when we arrived, left a welcome food and drink package for us, gave us contact details for a brilliant taxi company which we used extensively, brought us fresh figs from her garden and homemade liqueur (which was delicious) her husband also popped round and maintained the pool. The area is great, there’s a little shop and bistro 5 minutes away, a beach bar 10 mins away, jet ski hire 5 mins away and a water taxi, which leaves every hour to Trogir, 10 mins away. Trogir is beautiful with plenty of shops, markets, bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend Kaja and her Villa, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you so much for a fantastic holiday.

Beautiful location

Great house for big families. It’s located just by the beach and also facilitates a nice swimming pool. The house and interior is a bit outdated and unfortunately it’s not an AC in all bed rooms. The house is well equipped for large family dinners and there’s also a nice large bbq. I can recommend Kaja and her house.

Great villa.

The House had everything we needed. Very clean and a lot of space. KAJA was very informative and welkommed us with cake and frigde full. Walk to Trogir about 20 min. Nice Beach across the Road. Very good bistro up the Road, 2 min walk. Pool was very Nice, a little cold. Some noise from Road and plane must be expected.

Fantastic property in a great location

Kaja couldn’t have been more helpful and the property is exactly as listed. The villa was spotless and very well equipped with good air conditioning and comfortable beds. It is about a 20 minute walk along the beach to Trogir-we used the water taxi quite a lot which was reliable, cheap and good fun. We rented a boat using Kaja’s recommendations and had a lovely day swimming and visiting coves. A boat trip to Split was good value and worth doing. The bottom bedroom with bathroom and it’s own entrance was perfect for our teens. The extras like food in the fridge, fresh figs and jam were lovely. There are also tortoises living in the back garden/patio-the kids enjoyed feeding them. Finally I should mention the view-can’t beat it-and not many villas on the seafront also have a pool. Great holiday.

Lovely property and view.

The property was lovely with plenty of room for 6 adults. Very helpful owner who left us a welcome pack of food. Pool was cleaned often and the beach was just across the road. Good kitchen facilities.

Vi var 10 personer. 7 vuxna och 3 små barn. Detta hus passade oss perfekt. Stort med många rum och balkonger/altaner. Bra kök som vi hade stor nytta av. Jättefin pool som vi utnyttjade väldigt mycket. Nära till stranden som vi också nyttjade mycket. Smidigt att åka buss till Trogir. Trevligt bemötande av hyresvärden som fixade t.ex. barnstol omgående när vi bad om det.

A fabulous villa and a lovely owner - Kaja - who ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. It was a short drive from Spilt airport and also to the nearby town of Trogir. An excellent week.

Wonderful family holday in a fantastic house

Our family of seven had a great stay at Villa Martina. The location was perfect and the house had everything we needed and more. Such a luxury to have a pool for ourselves and the sea just outside the front porch. Lots of goodies in the garage and the bicycle and SUP board was in daily use. We even had company of 3 turtles and they were such a joy for the young family members. Only 20 minutes walk to Trogir Old Town, but the taxi boats were so convenient and easy to jump on. Kaja was the best host and her hospitality made our holiday complete from start to end. We highly recommend this house and would definetly go back.

Good position!

Great place and a good host! Perfectly by the beach and close to trogir aswell. Kaja was very helpful we even got to borrow the scooter. Close to a supermarket and even the taxi boats that takes you to trogir once a hour.

Fantastic location & villa

I stayed for a week at this villa with my husband and 2 older children. The owner Kaja did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. We were collected from the airport & on arrival at the villa there was a welcome package including wine and groceries. Everything at the villa was provided for the comfort of the guests including lilos and beach mats. The accommodation was great comprising of a separate studio flat level with the pool. This was used by my 20 year old, having a large bedroom, kitchen and en-suite to himself. In the main upper storey there was 2 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms and 2 further bathrooms. However the best thing about the holiday was the superb location, the villa directly overlooking the beach (with great views) just across a small road. A mini-supermarket and a restaurant 100 yards away too. The beautiful historic town of Trogir was just a 10 minute drive away. With it's many fantastic restaurants we found it easy just to walk down there (25 minutes) in the evenings. If we weren't in the mood for walking we would take the little water bus which left from directly across the road from the villa and took us into Trogir for just about one pound each. I highly recommend this villa, we had an amazing time.
