Spacious and clean property. This apartment has the essentials for a comfortable stay for 2 people. There are stores near by so it is easy to get additional essential items when needed. We stayed for 10 days for a work conference + pre-conference personal vacation, the location is great and it’s easy to get around town. Communication with the host(s) was also easy and fast. We are very pleased with our stay. Moltes gràcies! !Muchas gracias!

Shower wand holder broken, no coffee maker, narrow and poorly lit stairs leading to the apartment, two thin pillows on the bed, no rugs or carpet, no coffee table or end tables in the living area, no soap holder/shelf in shower, bed was as comfortable as a pull-out couch, no table lamps in bedroom, mysterious hole in wall next to bed, hallway had sewer odor, mattress, and we were charged 62.50 more than the total price listed on VRBO. This property is substandard.

L’hôte est peu professionnel : il essaie de récupérer de l’argent en plus de ce qui a déjà été payé. Sous prétexte d’une arrivée tardive, il vous demande 70 pour récupérer les clés dans une boîte à clés, alors que cela ne nécessite aucune présence du personnel ni aucune action particulière.Abritel, en tant qu’intermédiaire entre le client et la société de gestion, n’a pas réussi à obtenir un justificatif de paiement pendant 15 jours, et à ce jour il n’y en a toujours pas.Le logement est bien équipé, mais il y avait la présence de punaises de lit. Il n’était pas aéré et un peu serré. L’emplacement est correct, mais la gestion est catastrophique. Je ne recommande pas.C’est ma deuxième mauvaise expérience avec Abritel en 2025. Je ne recommande vraiment pas.
