Villa Sigfrid is located in the urbanisation of Cap d'Artutx in the municipal term of Ciutadella, about 8 kms from the town and 1.2 kms from Calan Bosch beach.

Supermarkets, Bars and Restaurants, as well as the bus stop, are located about 250 mts away.

The villa is in a classic Menorcan style both inside and outside. It is situated on a plot of about 500m2 and the house has a total of 100m2 built.

Villa on the ground floor where we find the following rooms: Living room with direct access to the outdoor terrace and access to the kitchen at the same time. It has a comfortable sofa, TV with foreign channels, free WiFi for clients.

The independent kitchen is elongated and has all the utensils for cooking, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Italian and capsule coffee maker, kettle, mini blender, combi-type fridge and toaster.

It consists of 2 double bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a third with a double bed. All 3 bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and air conditioning.

The villa has 2 bathrooms, one of them en-suite, both with shower tray.

Outside it has a covered terrace with table and chair furniture for 5 diners and an outdoor set of sofas and armchairs. Swimming pool and garden with brick BBQ.
