Nice Appartment

We had a pleasant stay. The area around was quiet despite restaurants and supermarket in close proximity. Ricardo was a great host and was very helpful.

Tranquility

The property was as described very clean and comfortable. Bright and well decorated , great shower and handy for local supermarket and restaurants. 10 to 15 minutes walk to two lovely beaches and bus stop just up the road. Richard was very helpful and informative of local area. Would definitely stay here again. Little bit of peace and tranquility.

Comfortable apartment and helpful host.

Richard met us on arrival and was very helpful throughout our stay. His recommendations for places of interest and restaurants were excellent. The apartment is a couple of minutes walk from the sea and in 15-20 minutes you can walk in one direction to the beach at Cala Blanca and in the other to Cala Santandria (our favourite) with its bar on the beach. The apartment was perfect for my wife and me during our two week stay with a good sized balcony, a great shower room and very comfortable sofa in the living room. The double bedroom is roomy with built-in storage. (The twin bedroom is slightly smaller and again has built-in storage). The kitchen is compact but more than adequate. Everything was spotlessly clean. Two supermarkets and a variety of bars and restaurants were on our doorstep. We had a car for exploring the island so did not use public transport although there was a regular bus service to the lovely town of Cituadella.

Sehr schöne helle saubere Ferienwohnung

Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist tatsächlich so hübsch wie auf den Fotos und die Beschreibung passt sehr gut. Wir haben auch immer einen Parkplatz vor der Wohnung gefunden, und das im August! Das einchecken hat wunderbar geklappt, Richard ist sehr freundlich und hat und vieles erklärt und viele Tipps gegeben. Vielen Dank

Joli appartement fonctionnel

L'appartement est bien placé, proche des restaurants et de la mer. Dommage pour nous en cette semaine d'avril que beaucoup de commerces soient encore fermés. La terrasse de l'appartement est top pour profiter, les chambres sont agréables et Richard est arrangeant. Nous avions a disposition une chaise et un lit bébé ! Nous recommandons !

Bel appartement et super hôte

Nous avons été accueillis par Ricardo qui a été de bon conseil pour visiter l’île et très sympathique. L’appartement est fidèle à la description et aux photos . Il est fonctionnel, propre avec une terrasse spacieuse dans un endroit très calme . Plusieurs restaurants à proximité ainsi qu’un supermarché à 3 pas de l’appartement. Je recommande vivement cette location.

El apartamento está muy bien equipado

Hemos estado bien, tan solo un pero, la informacion sobre la piscina es imprecisa. El apartamento no tiene piscina comunitària. En el anuncio se indica piscina comunitaria pero es la piscina abierta al publico de un restaurante y hay que pagar 2€ x hamaca o tomar consumicion obligatoria.

Appartement lumineux, agréable , bien agencé avec goût

Tout était parfait la proximité des plages, un grand magasin à 2 pas où l'on tout ce qu'il fallait l'on trouvait tout ce qu'il fallait!! Le propriétaire est charmant et très réactif et disponible et parle parfaitement français. Je recommande vivement cette location

Great host, quality property

Good sized 2 bed, large Balcony quality aircon in living room and both bedrooms, 150m from the best sunset on the island. Host was very professional, quick to respond and did everything to support a really enjoyable stay,

Beautiful, stylish, spacious, spotless; excellent location

The apartment’s lovely. Very clean and fresh; comfortable; good sized bedrooms; excellent shower; large balcony that great for drinking, eating, reading, people watching and clothes drying. Central but quiet location, with restaurants and supermarket - with a bakery - on your doorstep. Cala Blanca beach is a 10 minute walk; 15 and 20 minute walks to Cala Santandria and 20 to Sa Caleta respectively. Ciutadella is about 10 minutes and €10 in a taxi. Richard, the host, was fantastic. Great value for money. We really couldn’t have asked for more.

Apartamento bien ubicado en zona con servicios

El apartamento está ubicado en una zona tranquila en la que tienes diferentes servicios a mano, restaurantes farmacia, supermercado... muy cerca de Ciutadella. Richard fue muy amable y nos recibió en persona. Nos dio información sobre la zona y recomendaciones. Estuvimos muy cómodos.

Vacances au top !!! Superbe logement

Merci à Richard ( le propriétaire)pour sa disponibilité et son amabilité durant notre séjour !!! L’appartement est très bien situé, auprès de toutes commodités, que se soit auprès de 2 plages , de commerces et de restaurants... Nos enfants ont apprécié la piscine très proche de l’appartement et accessible sans aucun passage de voiture donc en toute sécurité. Le supermarché juste en dessous est on ne peut plus pratique avec du pain frais tout les jours et du poulet rôti excellent !!! L’appartement est très calme malgré la proximité de toutes ces commodités... Minorque est très bien desservi par le car, nous avons pu profiter des plus belles plages sans avoir besoin de voiture pendant nos 15 jours de vacances... arrêt de car à 1 ou 2 min de marche !!!! Un magnifique séjour à recommander !!!!!
