Agréable location, nous avons passé un bon séjour la piscine est vraiment un plus on en profite dès le levé jusqu'au soir tard. Seul bémol, manque d'ustensiles de cuisine, et un peu d'entretien tel que rideaux dans une chambre manquant porte du WC qui a gonflé qui ne se ferme pas et l'extérieur fauteuil cassé et chaise longue très sale pour l'utiliser.

Les avis de l’an dernier n’ont pas été relevés par le propriétaire.. c’est dommage sachant que c’est pas grand chose à faire mieux accueillir les clientsEt mobilier de jardin en mauvais état état.Si non la maison est agréable et très bien située pour visiter l’île.

L’endroit est chouette et plutôt joli. Mais en avril il fait froid le soir et pas de chauffage et peu d’isolation. Donc ça caille. La douche est bien bouché à régler.

Lovely apartment

We really liked the apartment it was so quiet and peaceful We enjoyed the walk to the harbour. There's the sea front and lighthouse route which takes 25 mins, but a straighter road walk that takes just under 20 mins. The dive school blue water is a 7 minute walk highly recommend There's three supermarkets again 7 minute walk - has everything Two restaurants and I would recommend eating there a couple of times Only thing I would say as pointers If you want a sun trap it's not the garden for you as quite a few trees There's a lovely pool but no sun loungers and we weren't sure if we were allowed to take loungers from the garden to the pool But I'd definitely stay again

Bien mais de nombreux défauts

Points positifs: Piscine, équipements et décoration, grand jardin, calme. Points négatifs: Sol sale à notre arrivée, pas de chaise haute et lit parapluie sans matelas (apportés après demande), placard dans la chambre enfants cassé, pas de sac poubelle ni de poubelle, juste un sceau trop grand pour être stocké sous l'évier, une vieille éponge pour la vaisselle. A peine installés dommage de devoir faire des courses pour équiper la maison. Épicerie juste vinaigre et sel (manque le minimum huile, poivre, sucre). Pas de clim ok mais 2/3 ventilateurs vieux, très bruyants et inefficaces. La porte de la SDB ne ferme pas, SDB vieillotte, pas de savon pour les mains, carrelage de la douche identique au sol de la maison, pas adapté, glissant. Odeur d'égout permanente très désagréable. Eau froide à très faible débit dans la cuisine et débit plus fort bouillant ! Quelqu'un est venu arroser le jardin à 2h du matin !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le logement est sympa ainsi que le jardin et la piscine à 2 pas. Petit bémol sur la capacité de la villa, convient plutôt pour 4 personnes, car le lit pliant supplémentaire (auquel il manque des lattes) est difficile à rajouter dans une chambre. L'emplacement est top pour découvrir cette belle île des Baléares.

Posizione ottima, tranquillità e comfort

Ottima la posizione, la casetta è confortevole, pulita, spazio adeguato anche in 5 persone (in 6 direi no). A 20 minuti a piedi dalla stupenda spiaggia cala’ n bosch, a 5 minuti da market fornito, bar. Unico neo: bagno con lavandino molto piccolo, no bidet e no doccia o rubinetto esterno.

Sehr schönes, kleines Häuschen in sehr netter Privatanlage. Super Lage mit dem Meer „um die Ecke“. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und von dort die Insel erkundet. Mal mit dem Mietwagen, mal zu Fuß. Unkomplizierter und sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Danke an Federico und Manuel und vor allem Heike vor Ort. Top!

Disaster

The owners had forgotten to prepare the rented house, despite all the confirmation emails and exchanges with one of the owners. They were able to get back to me about payment, but not about getting the house ready. I had to wait more than 4 hours for the house to be ready. They had to be called back because the bathroom floor had not been washed. It was confirmed that the house had been cleaned, but after 5 days, the flip-flops I wore were black, with several millimeters of dust stuck to them... All the pots and pans should be thrown in the garbage can, they're unusable, everything sticks. The coffee pot had mold on the inside, and even boiling it in white vinegar didn't get rid of it. The house is very pretty, it's a real shame all this time wasted and the poor quality of the service, even though all the people we spoke to were friendly. If we hadn't called the platform, we'd have gone stupidly to the hotel, even though we tried more than 30 times to reach one of the owners, who refused to take our calls.

Quiet and private.

This place was perfect for the 2 of us. Close to the store for groceries and a short distance to the ocean for a lovely evening stroll and watch the amazing sunset! We used the pool daily and sometimes x2 a day. The x2 BBQ's that was listed was not useable as rusty and full of water. A bit of an ant problem but it was dealt with the same day. It was a treat to have our sheets changed x2 in the 4 weeks we were there and fresh towels. If there was ever a concern, Heike always answered us the same day. A bit difficult with the address finding the place but the taxi driver was able to call and things got clarified. We would definitely go back!

The house is built on a plot of 800 meters, it is 135 square metres large and it has got two floors, 67,5 square meters on each floor. It was built in April 2009 and updated in 2014 with high quality materials. It has got a garden with a swimming pool; the garden is fenced, the swimming pool is not.
The house is furnished and well equipped; the house has got sleeping accommodation for eight persons, and it also has two travel cots available. It hasn’t got air conditioning.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and a bathroom and two other bedrooms with two single beds each. There is a second bathroom on the same floor. On the ground floor there are four bedroom with two single beds, a large living room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. All bedrooms have a wardrobe.

The address is: Carrer de mal passar nº28, a quiet residential area only a few minutes’ walk from Cala’n Bosch. Not only will you find a nice beach there to relax and swim, but it also has got plenty of facilities such as shops, supermarkets, chemists, health care facilities, car and boat renting agencies, etc, as well as all kinds of restaurants and bars where you will be able to enjoy the evening and night.
