Located on a picturesque street overlooking the magnificent church of San Cosimato, the apartment offers a serene escape in the midst of the neighborhood's vibrant energy. Explore the nearby trattorias, restaurants, cafes, and cocktail bars while being just a short walk from Rome's main tourist attractions, such as the Pantheon and Piazza Navona.

The apartment is located on the second floor with an elevator and features two double bedrooms both with AC, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
Well-lit corridors connect the various rooms, creating a harmonious flow within the home.
Comfortable and cozy, the apartment offers an ideal space to relax after a day of exploring the eternal city.
Guest access:
Guests will have the entire apartment at their disposal for exclusive use. At check-in, they will be given the keys to the building and the apartment door, which will be returned upon departure. There are no time restrictions for entering and leaving the residence, but it is important to respect the condominium's rules of coexistence.
