Great property in a great location! I don't know why VRBO is making me comment on family friendly and winery....we are all adults, and there was no winery element to our stay, but VRBO won't let me leave these spots blank.

Cozy spot to come back to after a busy day touring Rome. Loved staying in the heart of Trastevere with easy access to restaurants. Apartment was very comfortable with ample room. Well equipped kitchen and the washing machine was very appreciated. Still smile at the number of tour groups taking photos of "authentic" Trastevere laundry hanging outside the window, when it was actually the laundry of fellow travelers!

We loved the location of this apartment and it had all the necessities for a terrific stay. Trastevere was a charming neighborhood of Rome which I would return to. Our greeting host was very nice upon arrival and departure and helped us get car service from the airport for our first night.Excellent experience.

The property was everything that we needed, located within steps of markets, restaurants and all the local flare of Trastevere. It was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and our host was very accommodating with information for transportation options, restaurant and local attractions. I would highly recommended this to my friends interested in visiting the area!!

Location was perfect - couldn’t have picked a better spot to be close to everything. Easy walk to everything, and on a quiet street. Pretty clean and simple to get to. Would definitely stay here again!

We started our two week Italian adventure in Trastevere and it didn’t disappoint! The apartment was everything we expected. The check in process was easy and the host was very responsive to any inquiries. The apartment was clean, cosy and close to everything. Most amazingly, when I left my prescription sunglasses in the apartment, Andrea found them and had them delivered to the hotel in Rome where I ended my trip 10 days later. To say he was an amazing is an understatement. Highly recommend Lovely Trastevere if you are looking for an authentic experience in Rome!

Lovely Trastevere was such a wonderful place to call home while exploring the beautiful city of Rome. The location, amenities, and communication of the host made our first European trip easy and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

This property is in a fantastic area. It’s in an older building so we had some trouble with the power points and the air conditioning but the host reimbursed us accordingly. The host was very responsive and very helpful which is always very welcome!

Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had the best stay in Rome ahead of our cruise. I only wish we could have stayed here longer. The cutest neighborhood - filled with lots of activity - cafes, restaurants, gelato! An easy walk across the pedestrian bridge to all the sights and sounds of Rome. The check-in process could not have been easier. Host, Andrea, was very responsive each time and helped us with booking cars from the airport and to our cruise port. She made arrangements for Lucia to meet us upon check-in when we arrived and what a pleasure it was to meet her! She walked us through everything and answered some of our questions about the city before she left! Definitely recommend staying here over one of the local hotels. You can pretend you are a Rome resident for a bit! Can't wait to go back one day.

Great start to our Honeymoon.

This was a great place. The owner arranged a driver for us from airport that was very helpful. We walked the remainder of our time and it was easy to get to main attractions. There are many wonderful places to eat within a minute or two from property. I HIGHLY recommend this for your stay in Rome.

We enjoyed the authentic look and feel of the apartment and the location on a tiny street with a real neighborhood feel. The communication with host was excellent. We were met at the apartment and oriented to it and the area. So glad we didn’t stay in the downtown city center which was very crowded.

Lovely apartment!

We really enjoyed this apartment and the space we had. It’s in a great location and the host and help were so kind! We would definitely stay here again! It’s close to many good restaurants and gelato! The street it is on is just beautiful!

Great home base in Rome

We enjoyed our stay and loved the neighborhood. You will be putting in some steps to see the main sites. We walked 9+ miles each day. Coming home to Lovely Trastevere at the end of the day was welcoming. The district is lively with lots of dinner options minutes away, but the street is a quiet oasis. Both Andrea and Lucia were helpful and kind hosts. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations and arrangement of airport transport the morning we left. Wonderful place to stay in Rome! Recommend and would stay again.

Quiet retreat from tourist crowds

Perfect location on a very quiet attractive block on the edge of Trastevere. Within easy walking distance (1/2 hr) of all the major tourist sites on the other side of the river as well as the Vatican. It was a pleasure to come back to the apartment across the Sisto bridge every evening and enjoy the street music in the Piaza Trilussa and street life of Trastevere. The living room overlooks the street and is quite spacious and very bright. The bedroom window opens on to a small interior light well and so has limited daylight. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. The living room could benefit from a new couch and a coffee table and there is no longer a rug shown in some of the photos, but these were minor issues.
