The master bedroom includes a double bed, a private dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom with a modern shower. The second and third bedrooms, each with two single beds, share a second spacious bathroom with a shower. Two of the bedrooms open directly onto the lush garden and pool area through large sliding doors, filling the rooms with natural light and providing easy outdoor access.

Villa Salobre Golf Siete features a fully equipped, contemporary kitchen and an inviting living-dining area framed in natural stone, giving the space an elegant and warm atmosphere. This villa is all on one level, making it particularly convenient for guests with reduced mobility or those who prefer to avoid stairs. Every room is air-conditioned to ensure comfort throughout the stay.

The outdoor area offers a private, heatable swimming pool (available for a supplement) measuring 8 by 4 meters, a beautifully landscaped garden, a built-in BBQ grill, and a partially covered terrace equipped with outdoor dining furniture and a relaxing seating area. Services Included
The rental includes a personal key handover (up until 18:00), late check-in available on request, a welcome package with basic essentials, daily fresh bread delivery, and weekly cleaning (with bed linen and towel change for stays over 7 nights). For families with young children, a cot and highchair are available upon request.

Conditions
Villa Salobre Golf Siete is situated in a peaceful residential area; therefore, parties, events, or any activities that could disturb neighbors are strictly prohibited. Exceeding the villa’s maximum occupancy is not allowed unless authorized, and smoking is only permitted on open terraces or balconies. Guests are asked to care for all furniture and outdoor areas accordingly.

A refundable security deposit of EUR 450 is required to cover potential damages. This amount will be fully refunded following departure, pending a thorough inspection. We recommend guests report any pre-existing damage upon check-in to avoid misunderstandings. Pets are welcome with an additional surcharge of EUR100 for the duration of the stay. Please note that any violation of the villa’s rules may result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.
