This apartment has fabulous panoramic sea views from the south facing private balcony. The balcony has table, chairs, sunloungers and a retractable sun awning for sun or shade. Brand new kitchen and bathroom September 2020. The apartment is refurbished and has free wifi and UK and international TV channels. This bright & airy one bedroomed apartment is very comfortable with extra touches. This is a relaxing, tranquil apartment located in a quiet corner of the peaceful and secure Atalaya Complex. It is only 3 minutes walk to the very centre of the sea front promenade (Avenida de las Playas) where there are shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. There is a well stocked supermarket right next door. The light and spacious apartment had major refurbishment in September 2020, with a brand new bathroom, new kitchen and new fitted wardrobes. The new kitchen has hob and full oven, large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster, and Tassimo coffee machine. The lounge has a modern L-shaped sofa which transforms into a comfortable double bed, and a 40" Smart TV. There is free wifi in the apartment for guests to use, and UK and international TV channels are available (via internet). The separate bedroom has comfortable twin beds and lots of storage space - new fitted wardrobes installed September 2020. The bedroom has a ceiling fan. The bathroom has also been fully replaced and retiled in 2020, with a new walk in rain shower, vanity unit and washing machine. There is a stand fan in the lounge for warmer months.
The balcony is often the highlight of the stay in this apartment. It has sun for much of the day and has a retractable sun awning so that you can have shade when you want it. The balcony has stunning panoramic sea views. On the balcony there is a table and two chairs with cushions so that you can dine comfortably al fresco, and two sunloungers so that you don't need to leave the apartment to enjoy the sun.
The communal pool is just a minute's walk away. The pool has sunloungers and is usually quiet.
There is on street parking around the complex.
Access - the apartment sits in a quiet corner of the upper Atalaya Complex. There are two secure gated entrances to the complex. Parking is available at both. The rear entrance affords direct access to the complex from street level, and is a 6 minute walk from the sea front (slightly uphill coming back). Using this entrance there are 15 steps down and 16 steps up to the apartment. The front entrance is 3 minutes flat walk from the sea front. Access from the front entrance involves 65 steps which are staggered.
