Good Location

Apartment in need of some updating, although well equipped. Disappointed no English TV channels, some noise from adjacent apartments.

Just What Was Needed

The outside of the property is nothing to write home about but inside it has all you need. Yes it could do with a little time spent fixings some plastering and a few broken floor tiles but overall we had a very pleasant stay. The memory foam mattress was not to my liking but that’s not to say the bed was uncomfortable. It was just a bit weird digging yourself out of the hole your body had made when you wanted to turn over. Overall we would not hesitate to come back for the price it was very much more than adequate.

Great Location for PDC harbour and old town 5 minutes and access to main PDC strip 10 minutes. Beach 3 minute walk.plenty of lovely restaurants within minutes walk and a supermarket just out of the apartment turn left then right for heavier items such as water. The French restaurant just by the apartment is also very nice. Playa Chica is 3 minutes walk away a great place for snorkeling as sheltered and there is also a snack shop there for drinks and ice creams. We knew where the apartment was located prior to booking, when you first see the apartment block it does appear tired but the apartment itself is clean and has everything you need. Over the 10 nights we were there the towels were changed 3 times and bedding once. We would stay again as it was perfect location and a quiet area.

Appartement propre et bien placé

L’appartement est très bien mais il n’y a aucune insonorisation. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans l’appartement à côté et surtout le chien laissé seul toute la journée.
