Marco Real - Villa with beautiful garden and private pool
This is a very beautiful villa, located in a quiet area offering nice open views, 6km west of Albufeira and 2km from the 'blue flag' beaches of Castelo and Gale, just a 5 minute drive. There is a large private swimming pool in 'L' shape, surrounded by covered terraces and lawned gardens with a shower and a large BBQ near the kitchen. The villa is surrounded by a large garden, enclosed by hedges and walls with gates providing privacy.
Accommodation - Ground floor: hall, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and breakfast area; a spacious lounge/dining room with WiFi internet, TV with MEO provider (see list of channels from standard pack - https://en.meo.pt/tv/channels-programming/channels-list/fibre?pacote=Pack+Standard), DVD, a WC/cloakroom, a double bedroom with in addition a single below the bed and a bathroom ensuite.
First floor: Landing, two twin bedrooms & bathroom, master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
There is an alarm system and safe.
