2 x apartments above a great pub. Drinks deals for groups staying. Late checkout available (subject to availability). The pub has big TV screens inside and out showing sports, pink pool table, retro arcade games & darts. A chilled hangout spot serving quality draught beers and more.

A great bolt hole to base yourself in before you immerse yourself in all that Brighton has to offer. The ideal location for fun groups coming to Brighton to celebrate - only 12 minutes walk from Brighton Station - 15 minutes walk to Brighton Pavilion and 10 minutes walk to The North Lanes and all the restaurants, bars and nightlife there.

Being above a pub please expect a little noise but this also means we're totally ok with you making a little noise too. Please remember we are in a residential area so we need to respect our neighbours.

We have a relaxed end of stay checkout and don't require you to strip beds, hoover or mop. Our only rule is relax, enjoy yourself and make the most of the space.

Second floor: Lounge/kitchen/Diner
This large room is dominated by the 3 large windows which offer lots of light and views of the city. With 2 large sofas and additional stools this is a great space for catching up together as everyone starts to arrive, as well as a relaxing place to enjoy a quiet morning coffee as your group rallies itself from the night before.

The room also has a large breakfast bar with stools which seats 10 people.

The kitchen has everything you need to cater for larger numbers, as well as the crucial dishwasher. It also has an oven, hob, fridge freezer and all the utensils and tools you would need.

There are two sofas are sofa beds - offering comfortable sleeping accommodation for up to 4 more people.

The kitchen/diner has everything you need to cater for your group, as well as the crucial dishwasher. It also has an oven, hob, fridge-freezer and all the cooking utensils you would need. The high bar table with seating is a great place hang out and grab a bite to eat, have a few drinks. With a large flat screen TV an original Nintendo 64 console, 4 controllers and 3 games - you're in for a fun night!

Downstairs is a fun pub with a pool table, retro arcade machines, darts, large TV screen inside and out which will be playing sports. They also offer and some fab drink deals for guests! Their house made pizza is delicious!

The lovely secret pub garden has heated covered pods and 2 TV for alfresco viewing!
