Villa Maravigghia is a typical manor Sicilian villa located in area of great natural beauty. The villa is just 500 mt from the bay of Cala Bianca, famous for the clear waters and the white rocks from which it takes the name.
Villa Maravigghia is surrounded by a luxuriant garden of local plants and florwes. The swimming pool (12x6mt â depht 1.5-2.5 mt) and the spacious solarium equipped with sun beds and gazebo enrich the external areas of the villa and offer refreshement in the hottest days.
The villa is built in 2 floors. You may access inside from a spacious and bright living room with white sofas and tv. From the living room you reach the masonry kitchen with Sicilian maioliche. The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge and all you need for a comfortable stay.
From the kitchen you access the back sheltered patio where you find the external kitchen equipped with gas hob, charcoal bbq and dishwasher.
On the ground floor there are also a bathroom with shower, the laundry room and a bedroom with french bed. This room is equipped with fan.
The living room overfaces the spacious sheltered patio equipped with dining table and sofas.
On the first floor there is the sleeping area made of one double bedroom with walk-in closet with sea view balcony, one triple room, one double bedroom with sea view balcony and one bathroom with shower..
The bedrooms are furnished with a simple style that revokes Sicilian tradition. All the bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with a/c.
The swimming pool and the whole villa are at exclusive use of guests. The access road is shared with the owner who occasionally lives in the dependance located beyond the pool
Villa Maravigghia is 6 km from Castellammare del Golfo where you may find goods of first necessity, coffe bars, restaurants, medical centre, pharmacy,atm etc ect The nearest equipped beach (Baia di Guidaloca) is 2 km away from the villa. The Nature reserve of âLo Zingaro â is 8 km away.
