Apartment Marko is a beautiful apartment with a sea view located in the picturesque town Sveti Filip i Jakov between the historic city Zadar and the royal city Biograd na Moru. For those wanting to experience a truly relaxing holiday in the Zadar region, Apartment Marko is the perfect choice for you! The interior living area of Apartment Marko A1 is 53m2 and can accommodate up to four guests. Apartment Marko A1 is located on the frist floor and features an elegantly decorated bedroom with a double bed and lots of sunlight, as well as a bathroom with a shower and other bathroom amenities such as a washing machine, a hairdryer, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils so that the guests of Apartment Marko A1 can prepare delicious meals at home, which can be enjoyed in the dining room area, where six people can be sat at. The modern living room decorated in red, white and black colors, is furnished with a satellite TV and a sofa bed, where two guests can sleep. A balcony with a view of the pool, furnished with garden furniture, can be accessed from the living room. The entire apartment has WLAN access. Apartment Marko A1 Exterior The outside area of Apartment Marko spreads over 4000m2 of land, where guests will enjoy complete privacy since the entire property is fully fenced. The main focal point of the outside area is the 60 m2 large outdoor infinity swimming pool with hydro-massage jets surrounded by sun-loungers and three outside showers so that guests will experience a wellness-like feeling. A tavern is also found on the property, where guests will be able to enjoy tasty meals prepared on the barbecue. Our youngest guests will have a blast during their stay at the Apartment Marko, since they will have access to a children's playground. A parking place on the property is available for guests arriving by car. Apartments Marko A1, A2, A4, A5 and A6 are located in the same building, the sea view Villa Marko. The apartments are available for rent as separate units, but are ideal for large groups or joint family vacations if they are available for rent at the same time. Guests of the apartment have at their disposal a common yard with an area of 4000m2, 60m2 infinity pool, barbecue and children's playground. The rental of the Apartment Marko will give you the opportunity to experience a fulfilling vacation on the Croatian coast with many activities, while being away from the crowds of big cities. In addition to more tame sport activities such as beach volleyball, water polo and tennis, you will be able to try out some more extreme ones such as sailing and windsurfing. Sveti Filip i Jakov has quite an interesting gastronomic offer. In addition to typical traditional Dalmatian dishes, you will be able to experience flowers as a gastronomic delight. The idea was born, when a chef association by the name of “SPIZA OD CVIĆA” started collaborating with the annual flower festival, a three-day manifestation centered all around flowers (competitions in flower arrangement, fashion shows, workshops dealing with ecology etc). Talking about ecology, Sveti Filip i Jakov are in the vicinity of some amazing National Parks, such as the National Park Krka and the National Park Kornati, as well as of some Croatian cities with many cultural and historic monuments such as the city Zadar, Šibenik and Split. On the ground floor of the villa there is a washing machine available for use by all guests. Apartment A6 has its own washing machine.

Amazing accomodation and wonderfull hoast.

The pool and the appartment are just amazing. Marko, his wife and daughters were there for everything we needed! Absolutely wonderfull and dear people. Everything was very clean and usefull. The appartment is also nearby the city and beach, what we really liked. We will be coming back so we can enjoy Villa Marko.

Nous avons passer 2 semaine génial accueilli par des hôtes exceptionnel qui nous ont était que de bons conseils et que dire du fait qu’il nous on surpris plus d’une fois par leur dons de fruits et légumes en passant par gâteau d’anniversaire pour maman offert par leur soins Le cadre es magnifique chaque chose est à sa place la piscine est top nous avons pu utiliser le barbecue à plusieurs reprise Toujours le sourire et bienveillant Un goût de j’y retournerai dès que possible

Mieliśmy ogromną przyjemność spędzić urlop w Willi Marko i to był absolutny strzał w dziesiątkę! 🌞 Już od pierwszego dnia poczuliśmy się jak u rodziny – gospodarze są niezwykle serdeczni, mili, uśmiechnięci i gościnni. Właścicielami willi są rodzice wraz z ich dwoma córkami – cała rodzina wkłada w to miejsce swoje serce i dbają, aby goście czuli się wyjątkowo. Na powitanie dostaliśmy prezent w postaci świeżych warzyw i owoców – cudowny gest, który od razu zrobił na nas ogromne wrażenie 🍇🍅. Na koniec pobytu tak bardzo się zżyliśmy, że żegnając się… wycałowaliśmy gospodarzy ❤️ Pokój był wygodny i czysty, a basen – rewelacyjny, duży, zadbany i krystalicznie czysty. Okolica jest cicha, spokojna i bardzo czysta – idealna do wypoczynku. Gospodarze chętnie podpowiadają, co zobaczyć, gdzie są najlepsze plaże i jak najlepiej spędzić czas w regionie. Na terenie willi znajduje się także uroczy domek grillowy, w którym można wspólnie spędzać wieczory w cudownym klimacie. Podsumowując – wspaniali ludzie, piękne miejsce i cudowna atmosfera. To była jedna z naszych najlepszych wakacyjnych przygód i z całego serca polecamy Willę Marko każdemu, kto chce poczuć prawdziwą chorwacką gościnność! 🇭🇷✨

Byliśmy w apartamencie 6 dni. Wszystko było super. Przestronny, nowy apartament, zadbany i duży basen. Mieliśmy bardzo dobry kontakt z Gospodarzami, którzy o nas dbali - przekazali niezbędne informacje o regionie, wycieczkach, na przywitanie czekały na nas owoce.

Es war einfach fantastisch. Extrem herzliche Gastgeber mit einer tollen, sauberen und gepflegten Anlage. Sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen.
