Apartment Marko is a sea-view apartment situated in a quiet town by the name of Sveti Filip i Jakov, which is less than 30km away from the historic city of Zadar. By renting Apartment Marko, you are guaranteed a relaxing vacation in Croatia, during which you will start each day off with a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea. The 77m2 large Apartment Marko A2 is located on the first floor and has the capacity to accommodate 6 guests in three beautifully decorated classic bedrooms with a double bed. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there is another bathroom equipped with a shower and other bathroom necessities such as towels, a hairy dryer, a washing machine, etc. The open space, which consists of a kitchen, a dining room area, and a living room area beautifully combines antique furniture pieces with modern touches. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for the preparation of tasty meals, which can be tasted in the dining room area for six with a beautiful crystal chandelier. The living room decorated in blush tones is furnished with a cozy sofa and satellite TV. The living room has access to a balcony with a view of the infinity pool, furnished with garden furniture. Apartment Marko A2 Exterior The 4000m2 large outside area of Apartment Marko features a stunning 60m2 large infinity swimming pool with hydro-massage jets surrounded by lounge chairs and three showers for the maximum comfort of our guests. In addition to the children's playground, where our young guests will have the time of their lives, adults can enjoy the tavern, where they will be able to prepare delicious meals from the grill. During their stay, guests of Apartment Marko will enjoy complete privacy, since the entire property is fully enclosed. For guests arriving by car, there is a parking spot on the property. Apartments Marko A1, A2, A4, A5, and A6 are located in the same building, the sea views Villa Marko. The apartments are available for rent as separate units, but are ideal for large groups or joint family vacations if they are available for rent at the same time. Guests of the apartment have at their disposal a common yard with an area of 4000m2, a 60m2 infinity pool, a barbecue, and a children's playground. Sveti Filip i Jakov is the perfect destination for those who want to experience a tranquil vacation in the Zadar region. In addition to the many historic monuments depicting a time long gone, Sveti Filip I Jakov will give you the opportunity to engage in many activities such as tennis, windsurfing, sailing, beach volleyball, water polo, etc. The gastronomic offer of Sveti Filip i Jakov is something else, with flowers being served as a gastronomic delicacy during the annual flower festival, which is all about – you guessed it – flowers. From fashion shows, over workshops dealing with the topic of ecology, to competitions in flower arrangement, the festival will give you a one-of-a-kind experience. Once you are done exploring Sveti Filip i Jakov, make sure to explore the amazing surrounding areas. For those interested in the Croatian cultural heritage, we recommend visiting some of Croatian's top destinations Zadar (26km), Šibenik (48km), and Split (140km). Nature lovers have to visit the National Park Krka and the National Park Kornati, the Nature Park Telašćica, and the Nature Park Vrana Lakes. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a washing machine available for use by all guests. Apartment A6 has its own washing machine.
