The management at this property was beyond exceptional. They stayed in constant contact with us and made sure we did not need for anything. They went above and beyond and gave us site seeing recommendations as well as places to eat in the neighborhood. They even went as far as making a few reservation for us. This was the culmination of a month and a half european vacation for me and my family. We had stayed at several VRBOs and not one of them came close to the service we received from Domus Augusta San Giovanni Sunset Suites. The apartment is extremely clean and super close to the bus stop and a 10 minutes walk to the Metro station. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and family friendly. In fact, there were families strolling the streets late in the evening. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Rome. Next time we visit, we will definitely try to stay here again.

Going above and beyond for our guests, sharing local recommendations, and making your stay as smooth and memorable as possible is exactly what we love to do. I am thrilled to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness of the apartment, our convenient location, and the safe, family-friendly atmosphere of the San Giovanni neighborhood. You and your family are welcome back anytime! Next time you visit Rome, your home away from home will be waiting for you. The first place we stayed in Italy during our three week trip was at Emanuele's VRBO Deluxe Cobalto Apartment. It was by far the best accommodations we experienced during our trip. Emanuele was extremely helpful and attentive. He responded quickly to texts and provided us with insights and information about Rome in regards to tourist sites and restaurants. The apartment was impeccably clean and had all the necessary towels, linens and cooking utensils. Nothing was missing. The location of the apartment was perfect as it was not in the middle of the very busy tourist attractions. The colosseum was only 2 kilometers away. There is a city bus stop in front of the apartment which is a 10 minute bus ride to the attractions. The apartment complex was very clean and people who lived in other apartments in the complex were very friendly and helpful. It was hard to believe we were in a big city with how friendly people were. We felt very safe there. Emanuele gave us directions to a grocery store which was a 5 minute walk from the apartment, saving us money on eating out at restaurants all the time. I have a rental villa on VRBO and I cannot say enough about how great a job Emanuele did. The price was very reasonable and the money was well spent here. I highly recommend renting Emanuele's apartment. Hopefully it will be available on our next trip to Rome.

Dear Ron, Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a thoughtful and heartfelt review. Your words truly mean a lot to me. It was a real pleasure having you as my guest during your three-week trip through Italy. Knowing that my apartment was the best accommodation you experienced during your journey is something I’m genuinely very happy and proud to hear. I’m especially glad that you felt comfortable, safe and welcomed, and that you enjoyed not only the apartment but also the neighborhood and the more authentic side of Rome. I always try to be available for my guests and to help with recommendations, restaurants, transportation or anything else that can make their stay easier and more enjoyable. Your kind words mean even more knowing that you also have a rental villa on VRBO and understand how much care and attention goes into hosting guests. It was truly a pleasure to host you, and I’m very grateful for the trust you placed in me. Thank you again for your wonderful review and for recommending my apartment so warmly. I sincerely hope that when you return to Rome, the apartment will be available for you. It would be a real pleasure to welcome you back. Warmest regards, Emanuele
