Villa Las Terrazas - Es Canutells

A dream house for up to 6 people, perfect for a family stay. While from the street it looks sober and with an impeccably lined garden, its interior and exterior area are both lush and elegant. The name of the villa is what you will find, since around the pool it has terraces on several levels for all tastes: next to the barbecue (of extraordinary dimensions) an outdoor dining room, next to the pool another table with chairs, on a higher level another set to sit down and eat, and in a charming corner further away from the garden a platform with a sofa and armchairs, to enjoy the freshness.

Its large living room is located in a round “tower” that gives it an elegant and distinguished atmosphere, very original in its shape and with its high ceiling. It has air conditioning and a dining area. The entire interior is in a chosen style, elegant and even artistic. The bedrooms have air conditioning and are spacious. The house has two interior bathrooms (shower and bathtub) and a bathroom (with shower) that is accessed from the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, with direct access to the terraces, which is very practical. Apart from the 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and one twin) there is a fourth room that can be used as a space for children or as an office.

Villa “Las Terrazas” is located at the small beach of Canutells, a traditional place where Menorcans used to spend their summer, where this special structure and flair of the authentic Menorcan coast has been formed, where children run free, neighbours have known each other for a lifetime, the few bars and restaurants have this special and authentic air. The beach is about 6 minute walk from the house.

About 5 minute drive away is the small town of Sant Climent and the capital of Menorca, Maó, less than 10 kilometers, making it easy and convenient to enjoy its wide gastronomic, commercial and above all cultural offer. The port with its great variety of bars, restaurants, exclusive shops and nautical life, the centre with its art galleries, markets, theatre etc. You will surely visit Maó more than once.
