Recently refurbished in an innovative style and furnished with high quality pieces, to rent, an exclusive first floor house just three minutes from the wonderful local beach along a little footpath.

The location is the highly desirable area of Es Grau, one of the most authentic villages on the island of Menorca with a family beach par excellence. Es Grau has a unique location within the S'Albufera des Grau, Menorca's most important natural park and one of the key points of the Biosphere Reserve on the island. The area has several picnic areas, activities such as kayaking and snorkeling, as well as bird and wildlife watching.

The spectacular interiors are lovely and light with plenty of glass and the air conditioning and heating promise comfort in summer and in winter. The layout over 150 m2 includes a spacious, open plan living-dining room with modern kitchen, two shower bathrooms and three double bedrooms (one with 180 cm bed, one with two single beds put together and the third with twin beds).

Among the many highlights of this excellent first floor flat are the spectacular 100m2 terrace offering spectacular views of the beach, the island of Colom, the surrounding countryside including the S'Albufera as well as breathtaking sunsets. Spectacular Panorama

Super apartment, modern furnishings, spectacular views from the massive balcony. Quiet neighbourhood about 100 metres from the sea. Would certainly book this apartment again. Unfortunately would not recommend for those with mobility issues and young children.

Glorious!

We were re-visiting Es Grau and loved the apartment and particularly the wonderful views. Easy to access the beach and coastal walks. Excellent local supermarket with everything for our stay plus tavernas, boat/kayak-hiring, free parking and bus stop! The apartment is light and airy with a fabulous large terrace. Front bedroom needs a smaller double bed, bedside table & reading wall lights! Just magic to look out at the sunsets and stars.

Apartment with stunning view

Property description did not specify main bedroom did not have a door and no wardrobe for hanging clothes. Also no kettle provided and no corkscrew. Location and furniture superb. Beds not too comfortable. Information book did not have an English translation. Really enjoyed patio and view stunning.

Très belle location, très belle terrasse

Nous avons bcp apprécié la location et sa terrasse. Un petit chemin permet d'aller à la plage. Environnement très calme. Peut être préciser qu'il n'y a pas d emplacement pour se garer

Best place to stay

We stayed about 3 weeks in this apartment and it was perfect. From the terrace, you have a really great view over the bay of Es Grau and the park. The apartment is comfortable and splendid. The village is calm and pleasant. It’s an excellent location for touring the island by car. In addition, the beach of Es Grau is 3 minutes walk from the apartment as well as access to a hiking trail that leads to magnificent calas. Martha's service is excellent and the cleaning service once a week is welcome. We will not hesitate to return there again on our next visit to Menorca.
