A bright and airy lounge, dining area and fully-equipped high-spec kitchen has all the appliances you need to feel at home!
The kitchen window brings natural light inside and offers an amazing view of the Monchique Mountains.

The dining room comfortably seats six people, and the living room has a Smart TV connected directly to the internet, with all the leading streaming apps available plus 125 TV channels.

The feature wall of glass in the open-plan living area has breathtaking ocean views that feel more like a live landscape painting!

For those who enjoy traditional Portuguese “Al Fresco” dining, the spacious private terrace has a second dining area as well as sunbeds to catch the first rays of the morning sun and watch the sunrise over the sparkling ocean. Access to the balcony is easy for wheelchairs.

Back inside, there are three spacious bedrooms configured as king - doubles. The combination of natural woods and oceanic tones in the decor tastefully reflects the tranquility of the surroundings.

Special Requirements.

Compliance with legal requirements re identity. All property owners in Portugal are legally required to report tourist and guest information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras. To comply with legal formalities all guests must provide upon booking personal information for this purpose only. The information required is full name, date and place of birth, city and country of residence and passport number. The requirement is mandatory.

No pets – unfortunately, due to allergies issues we are not able to allow pets.

It is necessary for all guests to comply with the condo rules and regulations, as well as local laws. All the condo regulations are found in the guest’s welcome book.

For your holiday, you have exclusive use of the entire apartment.
You can enjoy the shared amenities of the garden and outdoor swimming pool, as well as the indoor facilities like gym and sauna, at your leisure.
Additionally, there ample free parking on the street.
