Modern and large 1,170 sq.ft fully equipped two bedroom and two bathrooms condo on Bay Street close to Queen's Park and Yorkville. Assigned indoor free parking.

- Two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a queen bed.
- Two bathrooms with one being ensuite with the master bedroom
- 1 Desk station and desk chairs x2
- Fully-equipped kitchen and dining table for 6
- High Speed Wifi
- Heaters/ Radiators and Air Conditioning
- Roger TV cable and HDTV
- Assigned underground parking
- There is no balcony in the Condo

- Please mention: 1) the reason for your stay 2) number of guests staying in your reservation request 3) your expected check-in time, and 4) whether you are all checking in together?

- It is a strict requirement that all group luggage check-ins proceed through the underground parking entrance. Prior instances of group members checking in through the lobby with luggage have resulted in the front desk deactivating fobs and denying property access, and this will continue to be the case. Your reservation will be cancelled.

- Parcel delivery is not available at this property. Food delivery policy at the building requires you to meet the driver at the street level or in the lobby.

- Discretion and privacy are required: do not mention you are renting and rather visitors and/ or friends.

- Smoking and vaping strictly prohibited and detectable in the condo, and building.

- As this is not a hotel, we do not have the capacity to keep any luggage prior to standard check-in at 3pm or after standard check-out at 10am. (It’s prohibited at the lobby security/ reception).

- Earlier check-in or later check-out is subject to availability and C$135 additional fee.

- Upon confirmation of the booking we must be able to send template messages, videos, and documents that contain all check-in and setup details to your Chat App/ iMessage because it is not possible to send on the Airbnb app. This is all sent one day before check-in date.
