Il est au bord de l'eau, dans un beau quartier, avec un accès à pied ou en transport en commun à tous les sites populaires à visiter à Toronto. We spent a week in Katherine and Jean's place at the harbour front. Communication with the hosts was easy; their condo is beautiful, very clean, and exactly as described. Jean was very accommodating when first our flight in was REALLY late and second when our flight home was cancelled! We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Unbeatable location - very comfortable!
Had a great 4 night stay in this condo. Unbeatable location if you're wanting to be "downtown" near CN Tower, Rogers Center, and the waterfront....and only a 20 minute walk to the Eaton Center/Dundas Square. Grocery stores Tim's, restaurants, Beer/Wine stores all within 5 minute walks.
Comfortable beds, very clean, well equipped for those wishing to eat meals in. Gym was quite well equipped for both cardio and weights.
We would certainly stay there again as Katharine was very welcoming and flexible with our changing arrival times. :)

Beautiful condo in the heart of the city!!
I stayed at Katherine and Jean's condo last week for 3 nights with my two friends who are here on holiday from Barbados. For them it was their first experience in Toronto and I wanted them to have a taste of the big city before I took them to my hometown of Ottawa. The apartment was absolutely perfect for us and we all loved it. It's nicely furnished, very clean and well equipped with everything you would need. Katherine and Jean have clearly put a lot of thought into making this place comfortable for their guests. And the location couldn't be better. We were so impressed with the view and loved being able to walk everywhere or jump on the streetcar or subway to go further. Thanks Katherine and Jean!! We would love to stay there next time we're in Toronto and highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Toronto Great Location
Great great location, 5 blocks to Union Station (where you can connect with train, subway and buses anywhere), a beautiful view of Waterfront and CN Tower. Walking distance also to St Lawrence market - would recommend a visit. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes at walking distance. If you are picky about noise, be aware you can hear the heavy traffic on the expressway right behind the building (it was fine for us).
Very comfortable apartment, well maintained and spacious. If you intend to cook during your stay, Kitchen not very well equipped though: for instance, there is no microwave, which can be essential when travelling with kids.
Attention to check in time (3:30pm) - I did not, and when we arrived around 1pm and the apartment was not ready. However, Katharine was very very kind, came to welcome us and brought pack and play cribs for the babies, a high chair, changing station and bath tub support.

Enjoyed a great stay at this lovely condo.
Amazing location, spacious, very clean and had comfie beds and linens with all the anmenities you could ever need. The owner was very responsive and readily available. She even coordinated easily accessible covered garage parking access for us at a very cheap rate in this highly desirable area. Would definitely recommend this place and will be back. Fabulous New Years Trip
To start, Katherine was so easy to work with. She always responded to my messages in a timely and professional manner. She is such a welcoming person. All of the information for check-in, check-out, parking, local restaurants, attractions, etc. was super thorough. Katherine works hard to make the renting process as smooth as possible. The condo itself was perfect for our needs. Hubby and I along with two of our friends felt like we were at our own home while relaxing between hockey games and museum visits. Great location too! The views from the master and guest bedrooms are spectacular. The CN tower and the Rogers Centre winked at us each time we peeked through the curtains. Thank you for a fantastic stay, Avon family!

This two bedroom condo was clean and welcoming. Katharine ensures she kept in touch all the way until we departed. It was wonderful that she met us personally with the keys and answered any questions we may have.

Convenient, Clean Condo!!! Perfect stay in Toronto :)
We just returned from our stay for my hubby's 40th Birthday trip in Katharine's condo in the Harborfront area. Great location and was within walking distance to most attractions. Katharine was always very timely in her response to our questions via email and text. She gave us great suggestions and tips. The condo was clean and comfortable. Ample pillows, towels, and a great shower head and water pressure. We recommend the Hop on Hop Off City tour (add on the day to Niagara!) the bus picks up right across the street! Restaurants, Starbucks, and accessible transit nearby. Be sure to try Amsterdam restaurant across the street, Shoeless Joe's was great for wings/appys/drinks. We walked everywhere though! We would not hesitate staying here again! The only hiccup during our stay was that the TV did not work ( we were trying to finish watching a Raptor Game) and wifi wouldn't connect. No big deal, and the owner is looking into fixing that. Thank you for a terrific stay Katharine! :)

Fabulous modern Condo, lovely views, close to the Tourist Attractions.
We visited Toronto in October and chose to stay at this wonderful Condo. We were so glad we did, it was in a fabulous location and had really wonderful views. The Rogers Centre and Ripleys Aquarium are really close (you get a great view of these from the window) with some nice places to eat and drink nearby and a supermarket right next door. The view from the rooftop is quite spectacular on a nice day too. The Condo itself is clean, modern and well laid out, it has everything you would need for a more than comfortable stay (including a good wifi connection). Jean met with us and showed us around the Condo and though I never had the pleasure of meeting Katharine she has always responded to questions and queries promptly and gone out of her way to accommodate us, thank you for this. If we are ever going to be in Toronto again I would definitely want to stay here, I highly recommend it.

Everything we needed!
The location of this condo is absolutely perfect! Great space to relax between ball games, steam whistle and touring down town Toronto. Bedrooms are comfortable and the condo has a great kitchen and everything we needed including a full fridge and stove. Not everything is perfect... The condo is situated right off the Gardner, so the the traffic noise in the morning is a little loud, but all the pros of this Condo far outweigh the cons and we just used the traffic noise as our alarm clock in the morning!
Although, we never met Katharine in person, she was a pleasure to deal with and we have already re booked the condo for our next stay in Toronto in February!

Awesome location
We stayed at the condo in early July with 2 adults and 2 kids. The condo is nice and very modern. The beds were comfortable. There was a small issue with the AC not quite getting as cold as we had liked it to but it wasn't too big a deal, still comfortable. The couch had a little dip on one side due to a bent/broken leg but again it was still fine. The views are spectacular, we could overlook the CN tower and Rogers center while eating dinner in the dining room. The roof top deck had a great view of the lake and CN tower as well. Everything was so close and easy walking distance, we walked to CN tower, St Lawrence market and took the T to Casa Loma and walked back home. Smaller grocery store right under building and the larger Longos within a short walk. I loved just parking and not worrying about the car for our stay. The parking was right across the street. Great time, would stay again.

Locatie is geweldig
Locatie is geweldig. Appartement is schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Je kijkt vanuit de slaapkamer op de CN-Tower. Op het dak heb je een geweldig uitzicht over de stad, de haven en de luchthaven. Alles op loopafstand. Katharine regelt alles tot in de puntjes en reageert zeer snel op alle vragen. Dat is erg prettig. Kortom, van harte aanbevolen.

Comfortable and convenient
Great location, being close to many tourist attractions and transit!
A huge rip in the couch, holes in the walls/ceiling, and a really noisy fan were not what I would expect at a “high-end” condo. Other than those issues, the condo was comfortable. We did not use the kitchen much because it has a marble countertop that requires care.
Be aware that there is no condo parking lot and no in-out privileges at any parking lots near the condo. We ended up parking in the Distillery district for free and taking transit to and from the condo daily.
Getting back my damage deposit took more than 3 weeks due to a VRBO system problem. The owner was slow on getting on it and accused me of not paying (even threatened to call the police! Shocking!).

You are welcome for showing you a place in a cosmopolitan city like Toronto where parking was free. No problem, happy to take the time to send you a few maps, explain the district, and let you in on that little secrets most Torontonians don't know about. Also, parking isn't listed as a feature on my listing. It's lakefront, downtown Toronto and this real estate is scarce. No parking for owners, not even for family and friends. We all pay. Kind of like if you visit New York, Chicago, or any large city.
That's not a hole in the ceiling. That's cracked plaster near the window, where moisture is. We flattened our ceilings to make it modern (removed popcorn stucco).
Sorry of the a/c was noisy. It's not a fan. Wish you mentioned it while you were visiting. I didn't know you needed it on during the mild weather. Could it have been the city noise you were hearing?
You're also entirely welcome for spending 3 hours on the phone with VRBO one morning when I could not return your deposit as I have done for countless amounts of guests in the past due to how you booked online. Yes, I missed work that morning and an important meeting with my manager to take care of it for you. I was persistent though. VRBO advised me you didn't pay anything to me and that I did NOT owe you a damage deposit and that I should call the police to get my money for your stay. I simply relayed what the company told me. Until I called again to ensure I was not fooled by another guest when after further investigation their payments department was able to confirm that your payment was received. It's unfortunate that you mentioned that here considering the lengths I went to to resolve this instead of taking the institutions' (VRBO) word for it.
The new couch takes quite some time to be delivered due to its high demand for style. It's set to arrive the end of July. Ordering furniture, if you've ever done it, can take a quarter of a year to arrive. We pride ourselves on our look so this was really important to get right.
I think you may want to pay $400 more per night next time to go to the Ritz up the street to avoid any uncertainties that you came across. Oh, but parking there is at least $30 per day, and the bellboy won't tell you where to park for free. ;)

Great week in Toronto
We (my wife, daugther, son-in-law and myself) spent a great week at this wonderful condo situated in downtown Toronto.
We couldn't ask for a better location. We went to the Aquarium, had dinner at the CN Tower and saw a Blue Jays game (all three litterally accross the street)
We took the city tour (Hop-on - Hop-off) again accross the street.
We were at walking distance from the market, the Hockey Hall of Fame and Central Station. (we arrived by train - great way to get to Toronto from Montréal)
When we needed to go further we used the "Bike Share Toronto") with station right on the corner.
The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had dinner there three nights and breakfast every morning .
We had all we needed to prepare our meals.
Katherine and Jean were very nice and easy to deal with . Jean even spoke french (We are from Quebec..)
We highly recommend this site without any hesitation.

Great location
This condo could not be better situated for most of the tourist attractions of Toronto. We could walk to most sites (CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Steam Whistle Brewery, Aquarium, harbor front) and the subway station is a short walk away and easy to use. Katharine was very responsive to any and all of our needs. There is plenty of parking in the area, however, it was pricey (mainly because we were in town when the Blue Jays were playing as well as a Justin Bieber concert!). We could hear some traffic noise but never heard any of the other tenants which was nice. Lovely views from the unit and especially, the rooftop garden. The only negative is (and this is not the fault of the owner!) the kitchen countertops which are marble - very challenging to not set anything on the countertop that won't stain or mark them.

Great location and value
Owner was friendly and organized. Was flexible with check in time so we could make the Jays game :)
Condo is in a great location on the waterfront with groceries, eats, and gelato all within arms length.
We stayed as two couples and would definitely return.
Only negatives/ it was quite warm and the couch was a bit dated. No complaints otherwise. Definitely recommended regardless

We attended the Blue Jays home opener so this location was ideal. You can see the Rogers Center from the room. Great view of the lake and the area. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. The hostess was over the top friendly and helpful & the condo had everything we needed, even some condiments & teas etc. Surprisingly, for a downtown locale the noise was not too bad considering the master bedroom overlooks the Gardner. We would stay again and recommend highly.

Having extensively renovated our unit and lived in the beautiful neighbourhood of Harbourfront, across from the lake, the CN Tower and Roger's Center we are excited to host visitors to our beautiful city! I have worked in finance for most of my adult life and recently changed careers to manage custom home builds, something I am very passionate about. We are very busy, juggling careers with raising young children and managing our rental!
