Sleeping up to five guests in delicious comfort, this main door apartment even has a beautifully tranquil garden and free parking on site.
The local area is one of Edinburgh's most charming – a delightful residential area tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Local amenities (including a supermarket, cafes and restaurants) are around a ten minute walk from the property.
The city centre can be accessed via regular buses, which stop at the end of the street, two minutes from the property. The property is also on a direct bus route to Edinburgh airport.
Staying for match day or a big concert? This is a great location for Murrayfield stadium which is within walking distance - 45 minutes with a brisk walk or an even shorter taxi ride. You can also halve the walk with a brief bus journey.

This property operates a key safe, so you can let yourself into the property any time after 4pm. The key safe code will be issued before your arrival.
The latest departure time is 10:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
