Transport enthusiasts can pay a visit to the Canvey Island Transport Museum which looks back at vehicles from times gone by and has its very own functioning model railway layout. Kids and big kids can enjoy a water-filled day at Stay and Splash at the Paddocks Community Centre, with its lido, climbing frame and on-site restaurant. Not to be missed is the Leisure Island Fun Park located near to the Canvey Seafront, which boats a variety of fairground rides, go karts and trampolines, promising a host of fun for all the family. Just a short walk from the Fun Park is the original Labworth Café, stemming from the 1930’s and an original reminder of the town’s development into a seaside resort.
