Enjoy alpine living in this cozy 36 m² one-bedroom apartment, ideal for families or small groups (up to 6 guests). Located at the foot of the ski slopes in a child-friendly zone, it offers breathtaking mountain views and effortless access to skiing and snowboarding—just 100 m from the resort.

Relax on your private terrace or unwind in the heated communal pool. With Wi-Fi, a TV, elevator access, and open-air parking nearby, comfort is assured. The property is not pet-friendly. The fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic glass cooktop, fridge, microwave, freezer, coffee machine, and all essential utensils. The bathroom includes everything needed for a restful stay.


Only 200 m from the supermarket and 500 m from Orcières’ vibrant center with cafés and shops, you're perfectly placed to explore year-round activities like hiking and cycling.
