Apartment located on the first floor of a building consisting of two floors. The interior is new and elegant, with modern furnishings. The two-room apartment consists of a spacious double bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a living room with induction cooktop and coffee machine with pods, and a large bathroom with a shower. Ideal for two people. Disabled access is available. The apartment is reachable by stairs or elevator.
