The apartment was infested with rats. We reported it and even left the rat poop on the dining room chair and when we return after 4 days it was still there. When they were supposed to send an exterminator!They told me the people who rent before didn’t have any problem. I found out that wasn’t true that they had to take two dead rats out. We only saw one rat but the amt of poop made it obvious. It was everywhere we had to vacuum every day. Another time there were blood droplets in the lobby and up the stairs and it took 2 weeks for it to be cleaned up.Great neighborhood but unfortunately most likely the rats were there due to construction next door but they did nothing to mitigate the problem. I ask Michael twice about discussing a partial refund as we wouldn’t sit on the couch been there was poop on the couch one day and when my husband picked up the cushions the frame was covered in poop. Why didn’t we move out? We considered it but couldn’t find a place plus we were out most of the time. We didn’t cook once in the apt Next time if I rent through Vrbo I will do a complete inspection before I even take one thing out of my bag
