Spacious villa with private pool near golf and beach in Puig de Ros.   
Spacious villa with 4 bedrooms for 8 people, gardens and private pool. Beautiful house in privileged surroundings in Mallorca with private garden and swimming pool, located in Urb. Puig de Ros, next Maioris Golf Club and close to the best beaches in Mallorca. It is this magnificent house of 220m2 with 4 bedrooms, living room, 3 bathrooms en suite, 1 full bath on the ground floor and kitchen. Ideal to enjoy with family or friends looking for a quiet area to relax and unwind.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request. 
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LATE ARRIVALS:
 
BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 9:00 PM. THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM.
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required. 
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night.   
'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'.   
The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old (with or without children).  Parties are not allowed.
Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.   
The “ECOTASA” (balearic tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day. 
It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.

Very nice house, good location, 4 showers which is very convenient when you come in groups. Very clean too. Access to the beach house nearby and easy access from the airport.

Pura fachada... Lo siento.

La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos, el problema es lo que no se ve. La puerta de la casa no tiene pomo y es imposible cerrar con llave, sólo se puede cerrar con el resbalón, lo que nos ha generado mucha inseguridad. En el baño de la planta baja había hormigas, lo que solucionamos nosotros, no hay problema con esto. Solicitamos antes de llegar cualquier cafetera de cápsulas, lo que no fué atendido. Había una americana pequeña de filtro que cumplió sin más, gracias a que recortábamos los filtros, que no conseguimos de su tamaño en el Mercadona de al lado. La TV no funciona, se pixela y es imposible verla. Cierto es que no nos hace falta, pero es fácil de corregir y con lo que pagamos creo que debería tener algo que funcione. Los sensores de la alarma se monitorizan de alguna forma, ya que nos advirtieron "amablemente" que no dejáramos el aire acondicionado encendido cuando saliéramos o abriéramos las ventanas (Salta el sensor claro). Nunca encendemos el aire con las puertas o ventanas abiertas, tampoco en nuestra casa, pero sí dejamos el primer día encendido el aire al salir a comprar al mercadona (que control tu!!) ya que la casa estaba cerrada y acumulaba mucho calor, un dispendio que creo que nos podemos permitir. Hay que considerar que los días transcurrieron durante la ola de calor más grande que han vivido en Mallorca en mucho tiempo. Llegamos a lo mejor, los colchones, no se aprecia en la foto, pero son de gomaespuma y con un somier de malla metálica, que se hundía mucho y tenía como unos hoyos en la zona lumbar, un auténtico castigo. Podría seguir, pero es suficiente pérdida de tiempo, no emplearé mas, creo que queda clara la experiencia. Todo es solucionable con un poco de generosidad por parte de la propiedad. Un saludo,

Herrlicher Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung...

Das Haus ist neu renoviert und verfügt über sehr großzügige Räume und tolle Bäder. Alles tip top gepflegt. Der Garten mit Pool hat Südausrichtung und wird regelmäßig gepflegt. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Umgebung ist absolut ruhig und in wenigen Minuten ist man an der Steilküste mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Das Haus ist bestens geeignet, um in Ruhe entspannte Ferien zu verbringen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem Haus. Das Haus ist von der Größe her sehr schön besonders weil 3 der 4 Badezimmer en suite sind. Das einzige (es sind aber wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten) die uns nicht gefallen haben waren die vielen Glühbirnen bzw Glashalter der Lampen die fehlten und das Tor bzw Tür die nicht abzuschließen waren. Von der Lage her ist mit dem Auto alles sehr gut zu erreichen, die Wohngegend ist schön ruhig.

Schöner Urlaub...

wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr schönen ruhigen Lage. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und wir haben ihn jeden Tag genutzt. Es war insgesamt ein sehr toller Urlaub und die Betreuung und der Service durch Sie war wieder perfekt.

Für Veloferien optimale Lage, sehr schnell auf Verkehrsarmen Strassen. Haus und Umgebung sind gut und sauber. Die Betreuung vor Ort (Carol) war sehr freundlich und Geduldig. Was uns fehlte, waren Möglichkeiten zum Wäsche trocknen sowie Aufhängungen für Tücher in den Nasszellen. Im weiteren müsste dringend der Gartengrill ersetzt werden. Ansonsten gerne ein weiteres mal.

Sehr netter Empfang vor Ort. Das Objekt ist wie beschriebenen, sauber und gepflegt. Das Haus liegt inmitten einen netten zentralen Wohnsiedlung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker im Ort. Abseits vom Touris aber doch schnell mit dem Auto überall wo man hinmöchte. Echt Top, gerne wieder !

Gute Lage

Wir können uns den guten Bewertungen anschließen. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in einer guten Wohngegend. Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe. Mit dem Auto kann alles problemlos erreicht werden. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz und der Grill ist eine super Sache.

Tolles Ferienhaus!

Das Haus ist sehr modern, mit WLAN! Toller großer Pool. Ruhige Siedlung. Zum Ballermann 6 sind es Ca. 10 Minuten Autofahrt. Supermarkt und Apotheke 5 Minuten Gehweg. Meer ist direkt in 5 Minuten erreichbar, leider aber nur Felsen, kein Strand. Kaution wurde super schnell zurück überwiesen. Danke!

Wundervolle Woche

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem tollen Haus mit 4 Erwachsenen, 4 Kindern und 2 Babys. Die 4 Schlafzimmer - jedes mit eigenem Bad - boten ausreichend Platz. Es fehlte uns an nichts, besonders für die ganz Kleinen war alles vorhanden - Badewannensitz, Babyphone, Kinderbettchen, Hochstuhl... Der Pool war toll und schon gleich nach dem Aufstehen sehr beliebt. Wir verbrachten eine herrlich sonnige Woche auf Mallorca und würden jederzeit gern wiederkommen... Danke an Carol und Alfredo für die Betreuung!
