Inverenzie Cottage, Rooms with a view!

A little hidden treasure in the middle of the beautiful Cairngorms National Park. Inverenzie Cottage is the perfect hide-away in a peaceful environment. Its breathtaking surroundings make Inverenzie Cottage an amazing place to clear your mind, enjoy beautiful hikes, do adventurous bikes, play some golf or taste some amazing highland-spirits. With only 15 minutes away from Balmoral Castle we call The Queen our neighbor. Our local village of Ballater provides you everything you need.

Inverenzie Cottage has a cosy living room with an open space kitchen. separate toilet downstairs double bedroom ensuite downstairs.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom with big bathroom with shower, bath and toilet.
We allow one pet in the house downstairs in the living room. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms. The house is suitable for 1 small or middle big dog.

Guest can use the total house.

There is a lot of private parking nearby.
The cottage is in a quiet rural area. That gives you the stunning views. We advice not to come with a car that is very low on the ground. The last miles is an Unpaved road.

Ballater has an outstanding restaurant, some traditional pubs, a delicacy store, the royal butcher and a coop.
