Spa-Like Bathroom – The downstairs rainfall shower provides the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.

A Restful Night’s Sleep Awaits upstairs the Master Bedroom – A spacious retreat with a sumptuous comfortable super king bed, promising hotel-quality comfort and restful nights with feather and goose down duvets and pillows.

Twin Room – Two super comfortable single beds, a chest of drawers, and a dressing table, offering plenty of space to unwind.

We can accommodate a 5th guest with a trundle single bed & mattress and fresh bedding. It can be set up in the twin room, the double room, or on the landing space, depending on your preference.

Close to some of the UK’s best surf beaches. Croyde is a top surf spot with golden sands, Putsborough offers a secluded beach experience, Saunton Sands is great for families, and Woolacombe boasts three miles of pristine sand. These beaches are perfect for surfing, swimming, and sunbathing.

Just a short drive away, Braunton is a vibrant village known for its surf culture, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Getting Around:
We have off-road parking for one car with an electric car charger. I would recommend using a car to get around but there is a bus stop approximately 1 mile from the barn

Other Things to Note:
We have a few policies in place to ensure all guests enjoy a relaxing, safe, and comfortable stay:
Check-in is from 4:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. Early arrival or late departure may be available on request but is not guaranteed.
The lead guest must be 25 years or older. We reserve the right to request photo identification.
No parties or events – this is a peaceful countryside setting and we ask all guests to respect that.
No smoking is permitted anywhere in the premises.
Dogs: We welcome well-behaved, house-trained dogs (maximum of two). Dogs must be kept downstairs only and off all furniture.
No fake tan, please – it can cause permanent stains to our luxury bedding and towels. Any damage may incur a replacement or cleaning fee.
Lost keys: A £50 fee applies for lost keys to cover locksmith or replacement costs.
Extra single bed: Please request this in advance. An additional bed will be charged at £30 per night
EV Charging Available
We have an EV charger available on-site. Charging is offered at a flat rate of £10 per day.
Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring an electric vehicle so we can make sure the charger is available and accessible.
