5 stars for everything, good comms, easy access via key safe, property very clean with everything we needed. The supplied location map wasn't great, but we found it in the end and had a lovely stay.

Nice little location about a 5 minute walk to the village centre.
Quiet but the only issue is that there is no parking at the property.
A pleasant stay overall,
Excellent location with easy walk into town and to car park as no on site parking Well equipped and excellent joining information Downstairs bathroom and steep staircase only down sideWe enjoyed our stay
The property was perfect with everything needed for a great stay. Lots of restaurants and lovely walks within a short distance. We will definitely be back 5 stars ⭐️
A glorious cottage, perfectly situated in the village and near some fab beaches. Presented beautifully with real thought about your needs whilst you stay, a real home from home!
My wife and our toddler and dog stayed here for a week, lovely little cottage which was perfect for us. It’s in a great location a couple of minutes from shops and restaurants and if you hop in the car there is plenty to do within 30 minutes all around the area.
Lovely little cottage and the extra touches by the owner made it nice and homely. It made an ideal base for us to explore the local area with our dog and the garden was an added bonus.
The cottage was well situated and well equiped. It has been tastefully decorated and the beds were very comfy.
We enjoyed the garden and would've spent more time there if it had been warmer!
lovely cottage equipped with everything you need for your stay. very comfy bedrooms and lovely enclosed garden for the dog.
very much appreciated welcome package too.
ideal location for walking, cycling and sight seeing.
Communication from the owners meant checking in was stress free. Location was perfect for us the dogs who loved the river and our teenage son and his friend. Great little place with a sunny garden for days the weather is fine and a lot burner for when it's not.
Delightful cottage in perfect location for exploring surrounding areas with chi ice if 3 beaches! So clean and lovely little gestures for our arrival like Fresh milk, Prosecco etc! Would highly recommend

This is an excellent property where you’ll be comfortable, warm and provided all the amenities to facilitate a great stay in braunton. Fantastically run accommodation with the owners readily available to help. Clean and very cute cottage which is modernised and simply perfect! Really enjoyed my stay with elderly parents who valued the comfy beds, quiet tranquility and warmth. Thanks for the great stay.
Really good accommodation, close to town and facilities. Clean and well equipped. Everything was in working order. Lovely personal touches like bottle of Prosecco chilling and offer to use beach equipment. Really enjoyed our stay
Pretty little cottage located 5 mins walk from the Main Street. It was so quiet and peaceful considering how close it was to the main road and shops. We loved having the garden with the dog and it was lovely that the dog was made to feel welcome with his own bedding, towels and bowls. Cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed.
It was a lovely stay.only 2 little niggles.the parking was a bit of an issue and did get rather expensive and my husband is allergic to feathers so we had duvet issues!apart from that all was well

Thanks for your review Louise. The parking in the main car park you have to pay for obviously but there are so many side streets close by which are all free and is mentioned in the welcome email. We have feather duvet/pillows as the majority of our guests much prefer them but we can provide alternative bedding if notified
Very well equipped, clean, tidy, lots of games and books should you want to sit and read/play, a 5 minute walk from local village and 10 minute drive from the beautiful Saunton sands beach , would recommend this cottage. Thanks to Richard for ease of info prior to our arrival.
Fantastic cottage, Braunton is a lovely place. Fab for using as a base for North Devon, literally everything you need is in the cottage for you. Some lovely pubs and food places in village. Plenty of walking if your taking a dog like we did.
Would recommend a day at saunton sands and take a picnic and a visit to Ilfracombe.
A lovely memorable holiday.
Well equipped cottage with plenty of character, new kitchen, good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds (stairs are quite steep). Lovely garden with seating area and a great welcome pack ( wine milk and biscuits).
Area is close to Barnstaple and Ilfracombe the beach at Saunton is only two miles away plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance.
Recommended.
