Hovden offers mountain experiences all year round.
In winter, you have miles of cross-country ski trails right outside the door, while Hovden Alpine Center is only 1.6 km away – just a three-minute drive. Whether you want to start the day in freshly prepared tracks or challenge yourself in the slopes, the possibilities are many.
When summer arrives, the area transforms into a paradise for hiking, cycling and fishing. The Setesdal mountains offer spectacular viewpoints, and the Otra river invites to both swimming and peaceful moments with a fishing rod.
The apartment is modern and comfortable, ideal for families or groups of friends who want plenty of space and easy access to everything Hovden has to offer.

7 beds divided between three bedrooms and a loft
Two bathrooms, making it easy for larger groups without morning queues
Spacious living room with smart TV – perfect for relaxed movie nights or board games after an active day
Open kitchen with all equipment you need to prepare meals together
Balcony with views of the mountains and the Otra river – the perfect spot for morning coffee or a quiet evening
Ski preparation room to keep your equipment ready for the next trip
Central location with short distance to shops, restaurants, water park and spa
Your stay gives you the flexibility to choose between activity and relaxation. You can start the day on skis right outside the door, spend time in the alpine slopes, or explore the mountains by foot or bike. In summer, long bright evenings invite to barbecues, hikes in the mountains or perhaps a refreshing swim in the Otra. Afterwards, you can unwind in the apartment, enjoy the view from the balcony or share a good meal around the dining table.
Practical information:
Bed linen and towels: Not included. You can bring your own or rent for 250 NOK per set. Please let us know in advance if you wish to rent.
Cleaning: Included in the final price, but guests must prepare the apartment for cleaning according to instructions.
Easter holiday: Bookings during Easter are possible for the following periods: Friday to Wednesday, Wednesday to Monday, or the whole period.
