"Le Coeur" is a charming 4-room chalet of 100 m2 spread across 2 levels, featuring a west-facing position and sloping ceilings that add to its warm alpine character. The property was partly renovated in 2019 and is furnished with comfortable wooden furniture throughout, making it an ideal vacation rental for families. It accommodates a maximum of 7 guests, configured as 4 adults and 3 children, and offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms across its 2 floors.

On the ground floor, the living and dining area is bright and inviting, equipped with a Scandinavian wood stove, cable TV, and radio, with direct access to the west-facing terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living space. A shower room with WC is also located on this level.

The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with access to the balcony. The second bedroom is similarly appointed with 1 French bed of the same dimensions and also opens onto the balcony. The third room is a children's bedroom containing 1 single bed measuring 90 cm by 190 cm and 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm by 190 cm, providing ample sleeping space for younger guests.
