This bright and homely 65m2 apartment is perfectly situated near all the best sights, shops, and a fantastic array of restaurants offering diverse dining experiences.
Relax in the sun-filled living room on the comfortable sofa bed, catch your favourite shows on TV, or get some work done at the desk. Step out onto the balcony for a breath of fresh air.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary adventures, complete with an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all the cookware and cutlery you'll need. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience.
You'll find restful nights in the ensuite master bedroom with a queen bed or in the second bedroom featuring a double bed and access to a balcony with seating. All beds are dressed with hotel-quality linens for ultimate comfort.
The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, ensuring you have everything you need.
The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
