Charming 3-bedroom house in the center of Rome near Colosseum & Termini Station

Welcome to our vacation rental located in the heart of Rome! This bright and spacious home can accommodate up to 8 people and is perfect for families, groups of friends or anyone who wants to enjoy an individual vacation in the Eternal City.

The apartment has three bedrooms, two triple rooms with a double bed and a single sofa bed, and a double room with a double bed. Bed linen is included.

The two bathrooms are fully equipped with a shower tray, you will also find a hairdryer, gel and shampoo and towels.

The comfortable living room is an ideal space to relax, with a fully equipped dining area.

There is also a laundry area with washing machine, dryer and iron for full use of guests.

The kitchen is fully furnished with all the necessary utensils for cooking. In addition to small appliances: microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle...

The air conditioning is hot/cold in the bedrooms and in the living room.

We have a travel cot available for families traveling with children.

The apartment is located on the third floor with elevator of a historic building in the city.

The location is ideal for all those who are in the city on foot or by public transport: the metro stop A is 400 meters away, just 800 meters from Termini station, between the historic center and a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum. In addition, the area is full of restaurants, bars and shops, to better experience the Roman atmosphere.

5-Star Roman Gem!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO in Rome! The unit was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t have been better: just under a 10-minute walk to Roma Termini and the metro, making it super convenient for getting around the city and beyond. We were even able to walk to the Colosseum in about 20 minutes!There’s a grocery store nearby, as well as plenty of local dining options—including the iconic Fassi gelato, which quickly became a favorite treat during our stay. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was smooth and easy.Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. We’d definitely stay here again!
