This characteristic yet captivating home, comes with a fully-equipped kitchen and fire place and separate dining room. The perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring the vibrant City and surrounding areas.

This split level 3 bedroom property offers amazing views as it looks out over the high street and also making it a perfect location to take a break in the characterful city of Canterbury and fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room. 3 double bedroom, an updated bathroom and an extra cloakroom.

It's central location means that it is close to all the best restaurants and activities that Canterbury has to offer. The property has been recently refurbished, but although it has everything you need during your stay, it has still kept it's charming historical character.

The entire house is for the sole use of our guests.

No parking available, exceptions for *long stays of a week or more* for whom a permit space can be arranged. or Nearby carparks are Pound lane, North lane and Westgate station.

The Property is not on the ground floor and access requires walking up a set of stairs. There are also stairs within the home itself.

This Property has some low doorways so please mind your head.

This property comes equipped with the following:
2 dishwasher tablets, 2 washing machine tablets, 1 washing up liquid, 1 Antibacterial spray, 1 Kitchen roll, enough toilet roll for at least 2-3 days, 2 black bin liners, 2 white bin liners.

We also provide all bed linen, bath and hand towels and toiletries for guests

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

My Worst Ever Expedia Booking: A Cautionary Tale I’ve been booking through Expedia for over ten years now — more than 40 stays in total — and I can honestly say I’ve rarely felt the need to write a review. But this last trip was so bad that I feel compelled to share my experience as a warning to others. When I booked this flat, the photos looked fine — neat, simple, nothing fancy. What Expedia didn’t show, however, was the front of the building. If they had, I might have thought twice. The flat sits directly beneath a Subway restaurant, and from the moment we arrived, the smell of fast food filled the air. It wasn’t just a passing whiff; it was constant — from early morning until late at night. To make matters worse, deliveries for the restaurant started around 5:00 a.m. every day. The noise was impossible to ignore, and needless to say, “peaceful mornings” weren’t part of the experience. Inside, the property looked tired and poorly maintained. Several fittings were literally hanging from the wall by a single screw. On our second night, I got a call from the property company telling me there was a leak — one they claimed we had caused. I had to leave my family in the middle of dinner and rush back, only to find no leak at all. It completely ruined our evening for no reason. But the worst part of all? The flat happens to be just seven metres from a pub that blasts loud music until 2:00 a.m. When the music finally stops, the noise doesn’t — people spill out onto the street, dri
