When we arrived the house hadn’t been cleaned in change over, the beds all needed changing, the bins were full, needed hoovering etc etc was a real disappointment and really inconvenient. We managed to call an emergency contact who told us the cleaner was off sick! We changed the bedding ourselves and the bins etc No welcoming biscuits or milk etc infact the coffee in the pot was rock solid. Really wasn’t a great welcome. The house is lovely but the photos are deceiving they make the rooms look bigger than they are, the living room was fairly small especially for a family with a dog. Lots about the house was worn and needed an update, there was lamps that had been sellotaped together! We love the area and we loved the log burner but apart from that we wouldn’t stand here again.
