These 2 apartments are one above the other and are connected by a beautiful courtyard full of carefully cared for plants. The first apartment is on the ground floor and has a double bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen / dining area (suitable for 2 people). The second apartment is located on the first floor and is more spacious, in fact it has a double bedroom, a single bedroom, 2 balconies, 1 bathroom and a kitchen / living room with a double sofa bed.

The two apartments are equipped with air conditioning and a total of two umbrellas to enjoy the sea and the free beach.
Four bicycles are available free of charge for guests to explore the city and reach the beach (with a €50.00 cash deposit each).
If you need more bicycles, you can rent them conveniently at the shop 50 meters away.
A crib can be requested (for an additional €50.00 per stay) well in advance.

This property is suitable for nature lovers since it is possible to discover magical routes within the pine forest.

The property consists of 2 apartments one above the other that are connected by an external staircase of 18 steps. Both units are on one floor and share with the owners (who live in a third apartment): a flowered path that hosts a first area used as a bicycle parking area and a second area used as a laundry room with a washing machine.

1) The largest apartment on the first floor is suitable for up to 5 guests and has a large living room with a marble kitchenette that overlooks the balcony with a bright French window. A table for 7 people, a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV complete this first room. The kitchen equipment is complete: fridge, freezer, 4 burners, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans.
Beyond the corridor, in the sleeping area, we find a large double bedroom with a large wardrobe, a windowed bathroom with shower and a second bedroom with a single bed.
The apartment has 2 balconies and air conditioning, and in the warmer season a fan is also available to guests.

2) The smaller apartment on the ground floor is suitable for a maximum of 2 guests and has a large double bedroom (bed size 200 cm. * 160 cm.) with a 3-seater sofa, a bathroom with window and sink, toilet, bidet and large shower and a kitchen/entrance with a table for 4 people and a complete set: refrigerator, freezer, 4 gas burners, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans.
This apartment also has air conditioning and a fan.

Both units also include bed linen and towels, shower soaps and dishwasher and washing machine tablets. Located about 1.5 km from the sea, the property is close to all services: bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy, tobacconist, greengrocer and Coop supermarket.
