Great location

This apartment location is amazing. You can walk in 5 mins to La Sagrada Familia. Right outside the building there is a bakery, restaurants, pizza place! No cars allowed. The apartment description needs to be updated and corrected (2 bedrooms and not 3) and overall the place would benefit from a refresh.

LOVED THE LOCATION and MARIA the VRBO Ambassador for the location. Size of place was super for our 3 travellers, though the elevator (we were 3rd floor but really 5 floors up) was touchy, often not working on floor one so had to hop on floor two, maybe provide elevator instructions? Feeddback would be to (1) check the facility between travelers to discover issues (2) online communication told us the place was air conditioned...was not (3) Floors were pretty dirty, hadn't been mopped (lately?)Would stay there again, just needs more TLC

The location was good and the apartment was as described. However, the entire place smelled really strongly of smoke. We had to buy air fresheners to try to mask the smell during our stay. The check-in was also frustrating because we were contacted by the host then by the host company several times regarding check-in fees. The we had to pick up our keys at a location a few subway stops from the apartment. Finally when we asked about the heating in the apartment, no response was given by the host. So overall, a nice place with a great location, but not my favourite experience.

El propietario, los empleados, la condición del piso.....todo fatal, llegue y habia un charco de agua en la cocina, lo reporte y el encargado de Nombre Max no hizo nada, no lo reporto al dueño, no lo arreglo ni mostro interes alguno....y esta plataforma debería tener cuidado de ofrecer algo en tsn mal estado.
