We had a wonderful stay in Barcelona. The unit is two separate apartments so it worked out very well for my husband and I and my two adult daughters to have our own places. Communication is great and the host was very helpful.

This rental was very nice! We enjoyed the access to so much in this area! The host was very attentive to any of our questions and needs! One of the better Vrbo we have stayed with. We can’t say enough good things about this rental. It is clean and stylish and well located, with nice amenities and a lovely little balcony to take in the street scene. It is effectively two connected apartments, which makes for shareable space but also privacy options for adults traveling together. Heads up that you will need to climb several flights of steps but access is convenient and communications with the host could not have been better.

Wonderful place! It's actually two separate apartments, which worked out great for us as son got one and we took the other. Can leave doors to both units open or if want privacy just close one or both. Great location- wonderful Japanese pancake place right next door, markets, restaurants all within blocks and convenience store across the street. The online keys worked great for us and the property manager was very responsive to any questions.Don't hesitate to book- it's a winner!

Great location, central but far enough to feel reasonably authentic. Close to transport, many venues. The apartment has a homely, comfortable vibe. The manager is very responsive to messages. The disappointing part. The manager refused us a 30 minute early check-in despite the apartment being ready. The apartment has a nice feeling, but is hopelessly poorly maintained: the safe doesn't work. The TV and radio don't work. One of the bathrooms sink taps falls off. No information provided to connect to WiFi. The front door handle was loose and the door did not shut tightly, feeling like it could be shoved open. Wine glasses missing. Inadequately basic cookware. Various lights not working. No quilts provided in case the weather turned cool. Curtains in one bedroom held together with pegs. We discovered, through a mains power failure, that if the WiFi router is not active, the doors cannot be unlocked. All up, the shine of a welcoming, homely setup in a fantastic location was dulled by how poorly the place is maintained. A half hearted offer to send a crew two thirds into our stay was turned down by us as we valued our privacy. So many issues would not be resolved in a quick visit and should be picked up during the standard cleaning routine in-between guests. Three stars might even be a bit generous.

Great apartment in Barcelona. Easy walk around area. Was able to walk to beach even! There was a block neighborhood party happening while we were there, which was lovely to hear live bands playing through the night. Apartment was as pictured and met all our needs. Beware of this property!!! Could not check in early, Difficult to enter, another tenant rang us in, Entry code took a long time to load our phone, Apt was not marked, and the apt was never cleaned!!! It was a filthy mess. We had an hour conversation w the owner, sent pictures of the mess, were never offered alternative lodging until 3 hours later when they sent an email after we had already found a hotel ourselves and never offered to send someone to clean. This was a prime example of poor management. VRBO should drop this client.

The apartment was not intended to be occupied before the scheduled check-in time of 5:00 PM and was ready for guest arrival at that time. We also regret that you experienced difficulties with the entry system. Access instructions were provided in advance, and our team remained available to assist throughout the process. Following your concerns, we communicated with you promptly and worked to find a solution. Unfortunately, you chose to leave before the official check-in time and before we had the opportunity to fully address the situation.

Great location. Cute Apartment.

We felt like we were living the local life, with its balcony overlooking the daily traffic, and with us getting some local groceries, getting take out food from a lot of the nearby restaurants et, all in between our daily walks to most attractions. Can’t get this feeling while staying at any hotel.

Great property!

Our family included four adults, plenty of room! The area was perfect for our activities, loved walking around and finding all the wonderful restaurants right by apartment! It was nice at the end of long days to chill in our separate areas. The owners were wonderful to work with. Easy to communicate and quick responses from the many questions I had! Rent this place if you have the chance!

Wonderful location, all the amenities, and very confortable

We rented this place for 7 days. The apartment was great, especially because we were 2 families and we were able to have our own space but still be together when we wanted to chat, eat or spend time together. It is walking distance to a lot of the places of interest and there are a lot of small bars/restaurants, and also convenience stores, cafes and pastry shops!!! The host was great, and very responsive to our requests. We definitely recommend this place if you go to Barcelona…!!!!

Cute apartment in a nice area

We are a family of 4 and we stayed in this apartment for 1 week. It’s super cute and well located. We felt very safe in this quiet neighborhood but still very close to the action! The washer worked well, kitchen was well equipped. Wifi was reliable. Overall great little apartment and very budget friendly! We would recommend!

Great location

We loved the location of this property. Easy to walk to many restaurants, grocery right across the street, and a little coffee shop right downstairs. Easy access to metro stations. The set up was perfect for our group. We could be together, but still close the doors and have our privacy. Very safe and quiet. Property was as described and very clean. We would definitely stay here again if we’re lucky enough to be in Barcelona again!

Small and old apartment, good location, very clean.

The apartment has two bedrooms, is in a good location, and very clean. The owner replied to our questions super fast. Overall, we were happy living there. Just one thing, the rooms and bathrooms are a lot smaller and older than what I imagined from the online pictures. It could be normal in Barcelona, I don’t know.

Great location/convenient.

We woke up one time in the morning with no electricity power. While taking shower the water becomes hot then cool continuesly. But, everything else was great with no issues. Nice clean place with commodities .
